So let me just say the way it went; Overall they are friendly and the workmanship was good. They did a nice job. I just feel like there was a little misunderstanding along the way. I thought that I was paying for a new piece of glass and a used molding. I ended up with a used piece of glass and I’m not sure if the molding is new or used. The price was actually more then I was quoted for the new piece of glass. Not really sure how I feel about using this place again in the future. Like I said before, they do fine work. Had my truck broken into and two WI does smashed on an 05 f-150. I showed up around noon and they were done at 3. They weren't able to order one of the windows, although I'm a it of a do it yourself kind of guy normally. He gave me the seal I needed for free and showed me how to replace it. Went to a pick N pull, followed his direction, and my window is perfect! Best auto glass service I've ever had!

These guys were outstanding! I will never go to any other glass shop and I will tell my friends about them. My truck was in and out right on time and it came out beautiful. I have had glass shops leave small shards of glass on dashboard after replacing windshield. There was not a speck of glass or any other kind of mess. I called about a seal needing repaired on my windshield and the guy that answered was very friendly. He said it actually snaps back in to place and doesn't need to be replaced. He told me over the phone how to fix it and even offered to have me come in and he'd fix it for free. He was very friendly, helpful and honest. I'd go there if needing a windshield replaced.

Someone broke into my truck via my back window, they charged me 150 for the window and install were everywhere else was 350 plus, they also tinted my window to match. We were calling around for pricing and timeframe. One of the national companies quoted 3x the price for the same thing. We are a small local business and try to work with the same whenever possible. They got us a reasonable quote very quickly and were out the next day to do the work onsite. So convenient and friendly.
