Mike responded to my initial inquiry about replacing a cracked windshield very quickly. He checked for my windshield but found there were none locally available. He then directed me toward a large chain auto glass company because he knew they had a large inventory that only that company could draw from. What a classy thing to do, send me to a competitor because he figured they could get my job done sooner. Great Customer service! He also said he would keep checking for my windshield in case one became available and would let me know. I scheduled with the large chain but the soonest appointment was weeks away. Mike called me 2 days later saying that he found the windshield, and came to my house 2 days after that to do the install! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did a superb job installing the glass. He pointed out some minor issues with my window frame and then took care of them for me...at no extra charge above his initial quote. It isn't very often anymore you find someone who offers such great customer service, gets the job done quickly, does great work and does it at a reasonable price! I have never had to get a window replaced for any of my vehicles but I also have never had a rock hit it so hard that I would need to replace it. I called this place because of the reviews and at first no one answered. But not even a few minutes later Mike called back and I was on the phone at the time, he left a message letting me know that he was on the phone with another customer and to give him a call back when I could. He explained all of the process to me, and let me know everything I should know if I were to completely replace my window or fix the crack in my window. He told me he could come out the very next morning and fix my window. He was very professional, kind, and seemed to really care about his work and his clients. I would recommend this easy-going process to anyone who ever needs glass work done on their vehicles. Thanks for coming out on short notice and for doing an awesome and quick job! Nothing like a rock chip in your brand new windshield to make you cringe a little bit. Let Mike and his company take that cringe away. It's hard to know sometimes what to expect when you come across these situations, but from Mike and Clarity Auto Glass, you can expect the best. Mike was able to come out and take a look based on my schedule and provided realistic expectations of my situation and completed the work in a way that exceeded my expectations. His professionalism, expertise and care really showed in his work and I cannot thank him enough. Working with Mike was awesome. I had a bad and worsening leak near my rear view mirror and water was streaming into my car. Mike swung by on a Thursday and did a few tests and identified the issue was a bad previous windshield install from another company (a big well known one!). He rapidly scheduled an appointment with me to replace the windshield, got everything ordered, and swapped it at my home on Monday. Great service, very knowledgeable, and felt like money well spent. I had my window broken by the landscapers that work for the company I rent from . My insurance wouldn't cover it due to the damage being below my deductible, and they didn't want to pay for the damage. I called around getting quots,Clarity was by far the least expensive. Also took 50 off my quoted price, I scheduled an appointment for Mike to fix my window on the 1rst of July. The next day Mike was at my home and fixed my window NO CHARGE!!! I can't thank Mike enough for that. So if anyone needs there window fixed definitely call Mike at Clarity auto glass. You won't find anyone better. I have been going through a real rough time so thanks Mike you really lifted my spirits back up.

Great Service, great communication. I asked them to take a look at an aftermarket removable rear window for my new Ram. Expected to be dismissed out of hand like the three prior shops I called. He listened, checked out the website, shared potential pros and cons. I had to accept that he'd never done one and it could be a waste if fit finish weren't up to requirements but he was willing to give it a go if I was. Everything went great and I love being able to remove my entire back window!!! Remains to be seen if it will hold up over time but that's on me, it was my idea after all. Bottom line, you can't go wrong with Clarity!!

The company I work for requires technicians to drive service vehicles. Driver side window on one was shattered one morning and Mike was out there by the end of the day for replacement on site! He discovered a very faint scratch (that we likely wouldn't have noticed) on the replacement and let us know. He was back the next morning to install a different one for us. Mike was incredible. I called him based on referral from my boss and I am so thankful. He was able to come to my work two days after contacting him to replace my windshield. Mike was super nice, professional, and honest. As a woman, I didnt feel like he was talking down to me or trying to upcharge me, I felt safe around him. His prices were good and ended up being exactly what he quoted me, plus he fixed a small cosmetic seal that had come partially undone. He was done in less than 45 minutes. I highly suggest this wonderful business!
