I highly recommend Oregon Windshield. My windshield got damaged while driving from Tennessee to Bend. Once I got situated in town I called and spoke with Victor. He was super nice and very accommodating. He was able to get me in the next morning which I very much appreciated, because I'm on standby for work and could get called out of town at any moment. He also gave me some recommendations and tips for dealing with my insurance, as well as a referral to a local window tint shop. I love when businesses refer customers to other businesses. It shows great character and confidence in their home town and fellow business owners. I hope to never have any windshield issues again, but if I do, I will definitely be calling Oregon Windshield. I had a rock launched at me on a dirt road and it looked like I had 3 small chips. I called around several places and this was the only one who said they could do walk ins for chip repair for a few hours the next morning. I went out there right at 9 and I was promptly greeted by a nice guy who came to look immediately. He told me it wasn't a chip, just some scratches. He worked on it with a razor blade for a minute, then some steel wool. He gave me the steel wool and told me to do it again in a couple days and it should mostly work out. He did all this for free! I would be happy to come back here to have Oregon Windshield help me with any other auto glass issues I run into. Thanks guys!

Oregon Windshields stood by their work and took care of a problem with my windshield that was past the warranty period and the cause not their fault. They were also easy to communicate with and found times that worked with my busy schedule and got the vehicle in for repair quickly. This guy rocks! I will never use anyone else. I was due to have my 1985 Suburban done on a Thursday. My boss called me Wednesday morning and said I needed to work Thursday. I called here and told him that I could not make it Thursday. He asked if I was free right then and if I could bring it in. I did and he had it done in short order. Thank you for squeezing me in!
