My windshield was cracked from cinder on the roads being flung up by an oncoming truck while driving over the pass to Portland. For an insurance claim to have a windshield chip repaired, my insurance company gave me a list of approved glass companies. First on the list was Safelite. I called them and they said first available appointment was in 17 days. Next up was Oregon Windshields. The locally owned shop said bring it in in the morning and we'll have it done in 15 minutes. I brought it in and it was done in 10 minutes. Excellent customer experience!

While on vacation, my back windshield of my 2023 Volvo Wagon totally cracked on the Hwy 97 outside of bend. Now try getting anybody to call you back over the Xmas/New Year holiday. After leaving messages to multiple glass shops or not getting any help I noticed all of the 5 stars from Oregon Windshield. Wow! Victor answered my calls right away and said he would try to squeeze me in if he could get the windshield in time, but if not he would help me cover the window to get me over the pass. Good news! The new window worked and was on my way within 2 days. He was able to use an after market window saving me $$$ vs a very expensive Volvo OEM Window. That is what I call legendary service. Oregon Windshield was quick to answer all my questions and charged slightly less than everyone else. they did an amazing job on my 1986 corolla gts, and were very attentive to the details in old windshield removal, cleaned out the hard to reach area in the front i couldn’t get to without removing the windshield, and put the new glass in perfectly, with all the trim pieces included. they are THE BEST local glass company i have used, and they seriously know what they’re doing. i will be taking all my vehicles to them. awesome to have such a great company in Bend. 11/10 would recommend them to all my friends! (see before and after photos) such a nice feeling having a clean windshield!

I had the misfortune of having my back door window smashed on my RAV4 while I was out hiking last week. I called around to a few shops, and the prices were all over the place. Oregon Windshields ended up being the lowest price around. I called them back the next day to find out how soon they could do it, and they managed to squeeze me in the next morning. Got to their shop at 7:30 and by 8:15 I was on my way with a new window. They were very professional and did a great job on my vehicle. While I certainly hope I don’t need another window replaced anytime soon, I’d happily go back to these guys.
