Update added 12.13.22 : so the side of the windshield that they SWORE was ok in the seal (pictured) has ice in the inside today, so the seal has been bad this whole time... Caveat emptor I took down to 1 star from 3 due to this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY My experience with this company is mixed; There were issues with my windshield replacement (the trim along the sides and the clips to hold them in), but Cascade dispatched someone out the morning after I called and they fixed it as far as I can tell. I've never had this happen before, and I am still somewhat concerned that the job was not done properly. I will update my review as needed. Updated 11.18.21 after owner response about trim and photos added: I did not mention the gasket in my original comment. So, I'm updating that. They did come out the next day and GLUE everything into place and to the best of my knowledge, there has been no other issue to date. There were missing clips, but instead of replacing the clips (they legit talked ish about whoever previously failed to replace them), they just glued everything down so that it's the NEXT person's problem.

Horrible company! I had a small rock chip in my brand new 2017 car and thought I should get it fixed before any further damage was caused. This company has great reviews ( not sure why) so I called them. They came to my place of business and did the repair, the tech came in, didn't say anything just handed me the paper to sign ( i was with customers) so I signed the paper and he left. About an hour later I walked out to look at the repair and was furious! It looks worse than the initial damage. There is a hole in my windshield and small cracks all around. I called the company and have had nothing but the run around for the last 3 days. Always saying the supervisor will call me back and blah blah blah. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Stay away they do horrible work. I was told the tech has 20years experience, well look at the picture and tell me that looks like 20 years of experience and quality workmanship.

I have never felt like i was not wanted more in my life. I was driving around looking for estimates to replace a broken windshield in my 2017 tocoma. I prefer to see the shop and people of who i am doing business with as opposed to just calling blindly. And i am glad i did. I pull up to the shop around 11 am. I then proceeded to have to look for someone with a pulse. After a few minutes, i find a human who very rudely told me they don't do estimates without an appointment. Ok, that's fine by me. If you dont want my current and future business, then i won't waste my time . This place lost out on at least 2 windshields ( Thanks ODOT) and a cash customer just because they dont take walk-in estimates... Never will i do business with them.......And just a little free advice. Dont be rude to your customer base they tend not to want to do business with you....just saying

Great service, arrived on time, excellent install, everything's smooth except for trying to pay the bill. I've never received a bill I've called five times, always goes to voicemail. No online payment options, no way to pay on the day of service. Super frustrating: Lowering to one star. After posting a review I received a phone message stating I already received an email. Then I received an email today (finally) that stated I was past due and threatened collections. Keep in mind I called Cascade when they were in my driveway installing the glass and I tried to pay then. All I ever needed was a PO number. Funny how I supposedly received previous emails but today when I received one I paid immediately. That's on you Cascade. Great install. Terrible customer service.

I really can't thank this place enough honestly. I had a Rock go through my windshield when a SMAF dump truck passed me going opposite direction. They got me in very quick. I need to be able to drive to my infusions every other day so I really couldn't wait. I dropped the car off They did the windshield called when it was ready I went and was very impressed with the service. But one thing is they even vacuumed up the glass because they didn't want me getting into my car with all the glass everywhere. Keep in mind this large rock made glass go all over my seat behind the steering wheel, the dash EVERYWHERE. I can't thank them enough. They were beyond expectations and I even took the time and let my car insurance know how amazing this place was.

Fast, and efficient.I checked in super early, because I was in town for a few appointments. They apologized that they weren’t able to accommodate me at that time. No problem, they were clearly busy, And my appointment wasn’t for a few hours. I went for lunch, just as I was finishing up, I received a call, asking if I was interested in an earlier appointment, as there had been a cancellation. I gave them my ETA, and arrived back at the shop shortly. My car was immediately taken in, and the work was performed seamlessly. I was on the road home within an hour and fifteen. Everyone was polite, work was perfect. I couldn’t have designed a better experience.especially for a chore, I hadn’t really wanted to do!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I called and scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced 3 weeks ago. I have a new truck and know that it can be hard to get a new windshield for the new trucks so I specifically asked if they had one or had to order it so it would be there in 3 weeks. I was told they had it and didn’t need to order one. My appointment was today and no one had texted or called or showed up by 11 am so I called to see when they would be here. I was then informed that no one was on the schedule to come and replace it because no one had ever ordered a new one. They wasted weeks of my time when I could have had it replaced with someone who would have actually ordered and installed it as promised. Don’t recommend using this place at all.

Frustrating and overpriced. I contacted Cascade Auto Glass to replace two broken windows after a break-in. Initially, I was put off by the attitude of the representative who quoted me an exorbitant price for the replacement. After informing her that I would be paying out of pocket, she lowered the price slightly and emailed a quote. I responded to her email and asked when it could be scheduled and received no response, followed up the next day and again received no response. I decided to reach out to another local company and was quoted literally half the price. Best part is they were able to do the work the very next day! Take your business elsewhere; Cascade Auto Glass doesn't deserve it.

Well I am not sure if this is the case or not but this place and every other glass store in town refuses to work rock chips. This is unacceptable because a business is not there just to make money but to also provide a service. To refuse to work on rock chips that take less than 15 minute to repair and force people to end with a broken windshield is just wrong. The explanation I was given is that it makes them no money. Well then charge more for gods sake. This is a business and there is demand and need for this service. Anyway I would not ever give my business to any glass shop in town for running such a shady operation and refusing to help and service people.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Cascade Auto Glass. I had two small chips in my windshield left over from the rough winter. One of them looked like it was just starting to spread. I am so glad I ran into Shari from their Sales team, who told me about the local Bend shop. I had been familiar with their company from when I lived in the Portland/Vancouver area, but wasn't aware of the local shop here in Bend. Gabe repaired both chips in no time and did a great job. He was friendly, professional and fast! I highly recommend you take your vehicles to Cascade Auto Glass if you need any work done on your windows or windshield. I certainly will.
