Cascade Auto Glass, and Luis, just replaced my windshield on my Infiniti M35X, and they did a wonderful job. Luis was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job, and Cascade was by far more professional and had much better costumer service. I highly recommend you give them a chance before you go to SafeLite. My experience with them, start to finish, was exceptional. After 2 cancelled appointments, and 3 times having the price raised through SafeLite, I decided to give other companies an opportunity to earn my business. SafeLite was only my choice because I was under the impression that because they were biggest, they would be the best priced and most efficient. Boy was I wrong. I called Cascade and they gave me an accurate quote the first time, and also gave me an accurate installation appointment on my first call. This was before I informed them of my issues with SafeLite. The price was comparable (a little more through Cascade; $405 vs $389), but Cascade was also able to do this at my location which SafeLite wasn’t. SafeLite initially quoted me $299 and gave me an appointment for 7-25-2020, and then cancelled the day before because “we quoted you too low of a price”, after rescheduling for 8-6-2020 for $330(after it was raised again from the second price of $310) they cancelled the day before because they needed a part they didn’t order that was going to cost me an additional $59. Their inability to pay attention to detail lead me to call Cascade and it was my(and Cascades) gain. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and will be calling to let them know how well their technician Luis did and how professional he was. 5 stars is the perfect way to explain my experience.PositivePunctuality, Quality, ProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield replacement

It's never a good time whenever we have to make a claim to our insurance. Right? Even if they cover it fully, it'll still ding you a lot of times. It's like applying for credit - you don't want to do it if you don't need to. For this instance, I noticed a small (about 1/3 of a #2 pencil eraser). I scheduled an appointment for 11:00am, and they began to work on it around 11:15am. It took about an hour - I got new wipers as well as the rain treatment (RainX). No big deal. But when the employee took me out to show me the work, he did warn me it "didn't look pretty, but it's fixed." The guy was nice, but it did look odd to me that it didn't look "fixed." But if I was an expert, I would have done it myself. This appointment was on a Thursday. The very next day, guess what happened? It cracked to about a 9 inch crack. I couldn't call the place that did the first fix because they were closed and it was then a weekend (I was out of town), so I filled out a request on their site. They never got back to me. Now I needed the windshield completely replaced. What was the point of the first claim on my insurance? What was the point of the RainX? I just found it very disappointing. It's a pain to have to schedule 2-3 hour appointment with kids. When I was able to schedule again the following week, no one followed up with me at all about having two appointments within 4 days. Shouldn't there have been an explanation? Is there a warranty on the first job? Any answers would have been nice, but they didn't care, my insurance will pay for it. That's all they care about - will they get paid? Yes? Then who cares? Another interesting thing is that when they recalibrated my sensors (after the windshield was installed), they drove the truck for a while. That's fine, but they unplugged my Dashcam. Why? It's an easy plug and play so they had absolutely no reason to unplug it. When an employee is in my car, not only do I want the option to see how he drove my vehicle, but I also want evidence if something goes wrong and there is damage to my vehicle! They also don't go over whether or not you'll get an OEM windshield. They claim they put a non-OEM on it if that is approved by my insurance, but it's MY vehicle, not the insurances. I should get the choice. I'd even pay the difference in price if I had had the option. Now I'm stuck with an interior windshield that makes me nervous to have on there. On the other hand, they do have a warranty if it does go bad but don't really want to deal with Safelite again? No. I'd suggest going to MS Glass (not too far away). I've dealt with them before and wish I would have gone there instead to be honest. However, my insurance makes it difficult to go anywhere else other than Safelite, without having to be reimbursed, which is annoying. I'm sure there is some kind of payout Country Financial gets for forcing (recommending) Safelite. Their reviews speak for themselves, really. I hope to not have to deal with this company again - anyone who needs insurancs to recommend them blindly doesn't have the reputation to sustain themselves by their quality of work. Shop around if you can.
