Had the guy replace the regulator in my truck window. I had already taken the door panel off. Went to pick up my truck, paid him and was on my way out. Opened and closed the door and the panel bows out. Went back in and asked him if he had any screws left over. He said, “there were three of them that I didn’t know where they went.” He also says he couldn’t find a bracket to properly install the panel. So, you couldn’t install the panel correctly so you half *** it, call it good and send me out the door?! I could have Jerry rigged it myself. I wanted it done by a professional. How about a phone call?! How about letting me know that you couldn’t do it correctly because you didn’t have to correct PART?! Naw, let’s Jerry rig it, call it good and “send it.” How about telling me it was messed up when I came in the pay the bill? Honesty is alway the best policy bud. What kind of business does that? Not one that I’ll be going to anymore. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality service stay far away from this business. Highly unprofessional and over priced. The guy down the road told me $85. I thought paying $140 would get me better service. Lol not today.ServicesAuto power window repair

I would not visit, do business with, or take your car here. The owner is very rude, and her staff is as well. I took my car in to get the windshield replace, they did indeed replace the windshield, but in the process, broke my dash. yes, cracked from steering wheel to windshield. I understand, accidents happen, but she first tried to blame me, then said she wouldn't pay for it. And said that the only thing she was obligated to do was return the car back to us how she got it. Hmmm...considering that I brought the vehicle in WITHOUT a broken dash...that just doesn't make sense. After hours of arguing, she agree to replace it. It took her two weeks to make a few phone calls, she did finally find a body place that would and could do it. It took less than 20 minutes....well....it would have, except that I had to wait around the body shop while she argued with the people there on the phone about how she didn't want to pay the $11 tax that was being charged for my dash because that wasn't what she was quoted. 3 weeks later....i have a new dash, but she is still refusing to fax me a receipt for the insurance claim. I am pretty sure my insurance agent is yelling at her now.

While traveling from NM to NC I had my windshield smashed by a chunk of concrete kicked up on I-40 ten miles from these folks. My insurance company did not get the fact that I was stranded and dragged their feet. I decided to get this done on my own and called Yukon. Cindy answered my call and promised to call back shortly if she could locate the correct windshield for a 540i with the options my car has. In just a few minutes the owner, Janet, called with good news. They had one on the way and would get me in immediately and prep the car so that when the new part arrived it could be installed quickly. I was back on the road that afternoon after waiting the correct time for the adhesive to dry. Everyone at Yukon was so friendly and helpful. They understood that I was stranded far from home and did everything possible to help me out. They proved that buying from local, independent companies is a far better practice than using the giant national chains where no one cares about you at all. Many thanks to Janet, Cindy, and the staff at Yukon Auto Glass!

Horrible service very unprofessional! Had me scheduled to replace my windshield told me to Bring them the truck at 8:30 in the morning and they would get it completed well I bring the truck in at 8:30 in the morning they said it would take around four hours to complete OK cool no problem I called him six hours later and they say someone will call me back wait another hour no call back. I go down there in person because I can’t get a call back and they haven’t even touched the truck at 5 o’clock in the afternoon in amazement I walk inside and I’m greeted with a barrage of excuses from health issues to staff shortage if this was my personal vehicle there would be no problem but they cost me a day of work since I was without my work vehicle and I still didn’t get my windshield fixed horribly unprofessional service I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I was in 7-11 this morning in a rush to get to work, and when I went to pay my Apple Pay wouldn’t work and I didn’t have my card. I was getting a bit flustered and told the cashier to go ahead with the other customers when the man behind me, with just a coffee, stepped up and told her he would pay for my things! I asked him for his number so I could get it back to him and he told me he owned the glass place on Main Street but not to worry about paying him back.. thank you so very much for helping a frustrated and embarrassed person out this morning.. God bless you and your business!

Cindy and her team are just awesome. I had two vehicles tinted at Yukon Auto Glass and the service my wife and I received was outstanding. Cindy kept us updated throughout our experience. Additionally, when my wife dropped off our second vehicle Cindy asked how our son was feeling based on a conversation we had earlier that morning. Overall, this is a customer experience worth sharing and I’ll make sure anyone I know uses these folks for their auto glass needs.

I was so impressed with this place. The building is, as you can see from the pictures, an old gas station that you could easily drive by if you weren't looking (which I've done for years!). The owners/staff are just awesome. Friendly and eager to help. I am so thankful for their work, at a very reasonable price. I fully recommend Yukon Auto Glass whenever you have auto glass needs!!

I had a major emergency and needed a windshield replaced in my work van. It was damaged so bad I couldn’t see out of it. Yukon glass got my van in and replaced the windshield that day and I was able to drive and work. Exactly service and work. I highly recommend Yukon Glass. I don’t live around Yukon but for any glass work in the future I will only use Yukon Glass.

No insurance. And damaged my vehicle. Dec 2019. Gave me the run around, Cory was attempting to fix the deep gouge himself but we wanted an actual body shop will do the repairs. Then i was ghosted. Car damage not repaired. Come to find out they were being evicted from the location and no longer held Oklahoma business license or insurance.
