Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated with Phoenix Auto Glass at all, have no arrangement, and frankly feel bad that I didn't catch the owner's name. A crack started to spread across my windshield in the past few months, so I looked for a highly recommended repair shop. A name that kept coming up was Phoenix Auto Glass off Memorial. The fella on the phone was immensely courteous, provided a very competitive quote, and said I could come in the next day. I brought my car in and took care of some work in his nicely kept waiting area. It does seem that the owners are overtly Christian (lots of Christian decor, praise and worship music playing, etc.) and though I am not a Christian, it didn't bug me. Just maybe bring some headphones if you don't care to listen to that music. The owner was a very warm fella and I felt well taken care of. While the wait was about an hour and a half for a windshield replacement, I didn't mind too much because the waiting area was comfortable, including a pretty massive aquarium with several fish in it. The job he did looked great. He even reapplied my JiffyLube date sticker from the old windshield to where it was on the new one without asking. He tried to salvage my pike pass sticker chip, but was unable to do without breaking it. He informed me that if I call pike pass, they can provide me with a new one for free. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I'll be back for any additional glass work I need for my family's auto glass needs.

Had my grandmothers front windshield replaced Saturday 6/21/2025. We initially had an appointment scheduled for a week prior leading up to the 21st, with a different auto glass store (Auto Glass Now). Our appointment was at 10am on the 21st. We received a call from Auto Glass now 1hr before the appointment stating they were having "tech issues" and had to reschedule after being locked in for a week. I called around Tulsa right after that phone call at 9am from Auto Glass Now. Several glass companies did not have the window we needed, as we needed to have this window completed on the 21st, called Phoenix Auto Glass, the owner was able to track down our window we needed, go pick it up, and installed it on our jeep after hours- staying past close of business to help us out. The service only took an hour as stated, the lobby was comfortable and we loved the Air One Christian Music playing for the lobby patrons. Overall I give this establishment a 5 out of 5 due to the accommodation this owner/shop went through to ensure customer satisfaction.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Phoenix Auto Glass, and I'm absolutely blown away by the level of service I received. From the very beginning, I was impressed by their incredibly low rates – they were significantly more affordable than any other options I explored. What truly sets them apart, however, is their outstanding customer service. Every interaction I had with them was met with genuine warmth, patience, and a willingness to help. The owner was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. But the real highlight was their willingness to go above and beyond. I encountered a unique situation that required extra effort, but Phoenix Auto Glass didn't hesitate to step up. They proactively found solutions and ultimately exceeded my expectations. I was genuinely touched by their dedication and commitment to ensuring my satisfaction.

My grandson is interning in Tulsa for the summer. While driving under I-244 downtown a pigeon hit his 2003 Honda CR-V windshield and completely spiderwebbed it. Since he does not have windshield replacement insurance we did some shopping around. The most expensive place in town wanted $350 plus tax, and it would take 2 weeks to get it replaced. Another reputable company was $310 plus tax and we could get it replaced in 2 days. Then we checked with Phoenix Auto Glass and they gave us a price of $225 plus tax and we could get it replaced while we waited. About an hour and a half later it was done and he was safe to drive again. They were courteous, we got it done in a timely manner, and there weren't any hidden charges. It was a blessing for our college student grandson driving a 21 year-old vehicle.

This morning, on my way to work, a rock was thrown by another car’s tire and it started a line all across the windshield. I just bought my car 10 days ago Phoenix Auto Glass was my first phone call. Last time I had this happen, Phoenix did an excellent job of replacing my windshield on my Acura RDX. I was very happy with that windshield and with the excellent service so I returned. Again, I received excellent and timely service for a great price. I sincerely hope it doesn’t happen again but it might with all the gravel trucks on the road. If it does, I’ll go to Phoenix Auto Glass. And yes I’m a real customer and I recommend Phoenix to all my friends.

While most shops in Tulsa didn't have the part in stock, Phoenix had the exact window for my Prius V and replaced it same day. They were accommodating and very quick with the installation. Phoenix Auto was not listed as a retailer when filing the auto glass claim, but State Farm allowed any service provider I chose. The staff at Phoenix made themselves available to set the contract with my insurance, and I left the shop with a replaced window before a strong Oklahoma thunderstorm would have made a mess of my interior. I had a crack on my windshield that I noticed, had expanded since that morning, upon leaving work late afternoon. After doing some research, I couldn’t find a place a business open after 5 and was in need of replacing my windshield. I spoke to the owner and he was more than happy to do the replacement after 5. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very upstanding gentleman. He had my windshield replaced within 45 minutes. I can honestly say that I highly recommend this place of business and will continue to do business with this gentleman if ever needing a windshield replacement.

I had my window shot out with a bb gun in the middle of a rain storm. I had to tape it up with a tarp and I couldn't even see to drive. Phoenix was the only company I called that could get me in same day. Everyone else was booked for several days. You would think they would charge more bc of that but they also quoted me the lowest price I got out of roughly 10 other companies and I appreciate it so so much. I would use them again in a heart beat and I would suggest them to anyone. Wonderful, decent people, great quality work, fast and reasonably priced. Call them!!!

Got new car a month ago and a week later, a chip turned into an ugly break. After checking all auto glass repair in Tulsa area and prices, I decided on Phoenix Auto Glass mainly because of how quickly he responded and was able to get me in That Day. His words were ‘we will make it work’ even though they were booked up that weekend. Also appreciated that he took time needed to calibrate correctly instead of rushing, after hours. He said he’d deliver and he did! A great job by a great guy and we’re super thankful. Highly recommend for price and integrity.

I had went to the reservoir not too far from my home to just enjoy the beautiful evening and when I got back to my car, my drivers passenger window was busted out... I’m not here to complain but rave about the service I received from this glass company! All things, did I say “all things”... yes, life happens, but in all things, I will give thanks!
