I first say this company on the yahoo search engine and wow. Talk about quality service. Chris personally replaced the glass in my car and he did such a great job. As a woman I am always a little afraid of getting taken. Even though I did my homework I always have this little voice in my head wondering if it would be treated differently if I were a man. I had no reason to worry with this company. There were no hidden surprises. Chris walked me through the whole process and charged me exactly what he quoted (which by the way was cheaper than other quotes I received). There was even a company that would not give me a quote until after they fixed my window!!!! As if. Anyway, the finished product was better than the original! I highly recommend this company. I would give him six out of five stars if it would let me.

Chris is excellent to work with. I had a small chip in my windshield that I was concerned about. He offered to come by and review the chip to determine if it needed repair. Turns out, he was able to determine that it was already repaired. He took the time to explain the repair process plus talk to me about options should I ever want to replace a windshield. He easily spent 30 min with me plus the drive time to my house. He told me, since no repair, no charge. Amazing customer service. Chris with Jamison Auto Glass went above and beyond to get my windshield fixed! Fast at that, and with the best price quote over the phone after speaking to a handful of places! I had a piece of glass fly out of a truck bed on my way home from work on a Monday, I called him that night and he called me right back after hours, and gave me by far the best quote! He would've even fixed it the next day for me if it had not been raining all day. He came to my own home the following the same week, fixed it within a hour, vacuumed all of the shards of glass from my seat and dash. Jamison personally came out to help repair my Civic’s windshield at the comfort of my house. He scheduled me in promptly after talking to him due to my windshield caving in and falling into the inside. He even put my rear view mirror back in place due to it falling off without me asking. When he came he was very nice and talked me through everything he was doing and anything that could happen during the windshield replacement. I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars, he definitely deserves it. You will not find anyone more caring and reasonable than Chris. I was in such a panic about my car window being smashed and he went above and beyond ANYONE I had talked to. He came out and crash wrapped my window for me just in case it rained and he wasnt able to get to me that day. It's not very often you find such genuine people. Jamison Auto Glass took very good care of me, got me scheduled quickly and done within an hour! I was running late to my appointment and he even sat in my driveway and waited for me! Very satisfied, quality work, great price! Chris was extremely professional. He came to my home and replaced the front windshield in our family vehicle. Convenient and easy for me. It looks great, it is sealed better than the factory glass that was orginally on the vehicle. I hear no air blowing thru my car now on a windy day as I have since I purchased it 8yrs ago. Chris Jamison installed a windshield on my truck in April of 2020. A wind noise began recently, so I called Chris Jamison. He came onsite and listened to our issue. Chris determined the glue has somehow become distant in 8 months and reapplied on a Saturday at no charge. It resolved the issue. I appreciate the professionalism, honesty and integrity. I have a 2014 GMC and already had the windshield replaced last year due to it cracking out. A month ago, a dump truck bounced a rock off the highway and cracked my glass again. I did a search for Windshield Replacements and called Chris. He showed me the "short-cuts" the previous installer did and explained the proper prep and installation of my new glass. He did a great job, was very thorough, and did the job for a very fair price. I am very satisfied with the job and highly recommend him !
