I was so much more impressed with glassworks than my interactions with Safelite. Safelite is the one that my insurance by default uses. Trying to enter the information online at Safelite site since they make it really hard to talk to a person, The site made it sound like the glass was going to be really cheap, but they reminded you that your vehicle would need calibration and made you agree to that, though you could not get any pricing online. When I couldn’t reach anybody for that price, I use the chat bot who assured me when I got to the end of the online process it would tell me that information. It did not. When I finally was able to get a hold of someone, they told me they were going to charge me $499 To calibrate the mirror. And a safe flight solution Agent that took my claim for State Farm insurance was very rude. Also, Safelite was not going to be able to get me in for a week. I canceled the Safelite online schedule and gave glassworks a call. They seem to work very closely with State Farm as well and we’re able to get me in the very next day. It was convenient that the Apple barrel Café was just a couple blocks away, so I went down and had breakfast and sat there and use their free Internet until my car was done. Well, I have not driven the car a lot since the glass replacement. Everything looked good and so far all of my automated features like adaptable, cruise, and Blindspot notification seemed to be working fine. I would definitely go back and use these guys again.

Update: the manager called me and apologized for the missed opportunity to take care of the issue. They are coming out tomorrow to address it. I feel confident that they will take great care of me after the conversation that I had. Seems like a rogue CSR may have exacerbated the issue. They were nice and got my windshield replaced. They could not get my lower glass mouldings back on correctly. They seemed like they would take care of it, they scheduled with me for them to come to my house at an agreed time, so I made arrangements for my wife and two kids to be home at that time so that they could address it. Five minutes before the scheduled appointment, they called me and told me that they wanted me to bring it to the shop which I’d already explained to them was difficult to do as we have an infant and a five-year-old. They were great on the front side, but don’t seem like they want to take care of the issue that they created on the backside.

First time using Glass Works Auto Glass of Tulsa and it was a great experience! I've had windshield rock chips before and first went to a well-known national brand to see cost/availability. Even with a discount, they were TWICE as much and first appt was 30 days wait. Found Glass Auto Glass of Tulsa by a Google search. Called and left a message. Within an hour, received a text reply with cost of only $79. When I asked about availability, the reply was if I could get to their repair shop within an hour, they could have me in/out in 30 mins! Same day. And even more impressive, that's exactly what happened! I've already got another windshield to get repaired, a third windshield that will need replaced and side mirror that needs replaced. Guess who gets that business now? Do yourself a favor and go see these fine folks if you need auto glass repair/replacement!

We were traveling from Indiana heading out to the Southwest. A little outside of Tulsa, we got a small chip in our windshield. Stopped in at Glass Works and talked with the owner about getting our windshield repaired. The technician came out, looked at it, and gave us his honest opinion….not trying to sell us anything! We decided to have it fixed. Took less than a half hour to do. Drove all over Southwest Texas and New Mexico in the high temps and had no issues. The owner even checked in on us later in the week! Heading back to the Midwest now and have had NO issues! Would HIGHLY recommend this place! Thanks so much Glass Works!!

My rear windshield shattered while I was on the highway, and I urgently needed a replacement. I checked around and was getting quotes that were hundreds of dollars more than what Glass Works offered me, AND they were booked until the next week. I called Daryl from Glass Works and not only was his quote a reasonable price, but he was able to get me an appointment the very next day first thing in the morning. As an added bonus he even had his guys hook me up with a wrap for my rear windshield for free to get by until my appointment. Glass Works is the only auto glass place I'll use from now on, thanks for everything Daryl!

Our experience was excellent, reached out via text, quick response, quote was half the price of what Safelite quoted, the calibration was really a sticky point bc it wasnt mentioned until the very end with them. Everything was upfront and half the cost in our case. Scheduled appointment for the next day. The work done was great, looked exactly like the original and even took the time to transfer the Pikepass to the new windshield. All done in less than 2 hours, including calibration. Would recommend Glass Works over Safelite any day.ServicesAuto windshield replacementPrice assessmentGreat price

Someone broke into my truck and shattered one of the windows. Insurance sent me to Safelite, but they ordered the wrong part and wouldn’t fix it for another week. I called the dealership, who directed me to Glass Works. They were able to get the part and get me in for an appointment less than 48 hours after I called! They were efficient and so friendly. I will absolutely return to Glass Works if I ever need glass work again! First three pictures are of the broken window and my plastic window fix. The last picture is after they finished the replacement!

So I was in the process of getting my windshield tinted and the guy recommended that I get the chips on my windshield fix before he proceeded to tint the windshield so he recommended Glass Works. I shoot them a text and they responded back right away and gave them my info and they gave me a quote and were able to get me in the same day within an hour or two of when I first reached out to them. I showed up and was out of there in under an hour. Pretty fast service and reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend them.

The workers are nice and easy to work with. I was in an out in an hour which was nice. Only thing I would say is they need to update, organize and clean the inside waiting room.. it was dirty, disorganized and outdated I know we only had to wait an hour and it’s a small space - but a clean waiting room and bathroom would be a nice touch , it doesn’t take much to vacuum, dust and wipe things down. Other than that I would’ve left 5 stars!

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided at Glass Works. I had 2 vehicles with cracked windshields, and they were able to get me in next day for repairs on both. The repairs were done within a few hours (I dropped the vehicles at their shop), and their pricing was considerably less expensive than other windshield repair businesses that I called. Office personnel very friendly. Highly recommend.
