I’ve reached out to this company multiple times & they were so responsive & came right away. It was once pouring down raining, but that did not compromise their timeliness nor their professionalism. On this day, I had called multiple companies listed on Google—including satellite— and my only regret was not calling Einstein first!! Today, I experienced the same traumatic loud boom of a “rock hitting the windshield” again, but with a much larger blemish. I called & they responded quickly with a text, reasonably so, and a tech pulled into my location 5 minutes after I arrived. His countenance mirrored what it did on the rainy day. Very very pleasant & kind. I’ve used other companies in the past & they have nothing on this company! Call them now. Call them first! You won’t regret it!

My husband bought me a car as a suprise. I have been driving it for almost a month, then noticed what I thought was a bug splatter on the windsheild. It wasn't, when I scratched over it a chip fell out. I call Einstein, Nate came out promptly & told me that it's possible someone already drilled a little hole in it to stop the spreading & when I scratched over it, I more than likely scratched out the filling. Nate stepped up and said that he would put more filling in and didn't charge me for his time. I appreciated Nate being there & also explaining the situation then fixing it. Nate is an asset to your company! Thank you again Nate!!

Top notch service. They turned a negative event into a positive. Super easy to deal with had everything fixed in a couple hours. The technician Nate did a great job making sure he could get all the glass out of my truck and daughters car seat. I had an issue with the window going up and down after. He came back out and made sure everything was installed properly and let me know there was probably damage to the internals from them prying the glass to break it. Great communication with them and they did exactly what they told me they would! Will recommend them to everyone in the future.

Best price. Great service. I've called several places, but none were as decently priced as the company I used to use for a single windshield chip repair. I happened to bump into John while he was repairing someone else's windshield and I asked him how much it would be to fix a chip in my windshield. He quoted me the price and said he can knock it out as soon as he was done with the other customer and fixed the chip in my windshield within 10 to 15 minutes of meeting him. John did a great job replacing the windshield on my F-150. He asked for VIN # to ensure he got the correct windshield. My windshield had an acoustic layer and rain sensor and the windshield he installed had both , and it was because of his research. 11/14/24 It's been 3 years since he "FILLED" a star crack in my front windshield. The star crack has not gotten any bigger. OUTSTANDING QUALITY WORK. WELL DONE!!!! Repaired a windshield star crack, from a highway rock, at my house. Professional, punctual, with reasonable rates - LESS THAN HALF OF THE PRICE OF SAFELITE.
