EXCELLENT customer service, great prices, top notch quality work and awesome turn around times will have me coming back to this FAMILY OWNED business. I had an unfortunate accident of knocking out the rear window of my 2008 Toyota Tundra. I called around Tulsa for prices and called a few of the "big names" here...and they were all on average about $50 more for the same work that Leif and his wife did on my truck. Additionally, you'll see some a few sour reviews on here...but those folks obviously didn't give this business an opportunity to discuss! Upon picking up my truck and getting it home, I noticed that the heating elements on the rear windshield seemed to be off...almost like they came that way. Well I texted Leif and his wife and they asked me to bring it in to take a look as the pictures I sent were tough to tell. Upon further inspection, they agreed. Keep in mind, this is NOT a common error on windshields that come from the factory. Leif and his wife offered to get another one ordered that day and get it fixed. I left the truck with them thinking it would be late afternoon before I'd get it back. Much to my surprise, about three hours later I was informed my truck was ready! Once I got back to the shop, they showed me the flaws on the previous piece of glass and was causing the issues. In and out quickly and no additional charges...just a local business with great customer service. I WILL be back and would highly recommend you give them your business! Thanks again!

I don't know, maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I didn't get "friendly vibes" from either of them. I arrived early for my 10 o'clock in not even sure they looked at me before asking for my keys. Non friendly aside, they immediately got on my windshield, they are efficient and seemingly knowledgeable. When I asked about calibrating my LDW, because I called at least a dozen places pricing windshields, the informed me that they didn't unplug so they have never needed to recalibrate on any other window. I'm happy with the work, and I'm happy that find a way to save me money on my calibration. My only real gripe is that my rearview mirror is off alignment at the base. I can't care too much because I didn't even tell them about it, but I definitely noticed I would recommend to family and friends

Finally received refund on 2/20/2020 UPDATE: it's been over 2 weeks now and still getting the run-around on getting my money refunded. Windshield leaks and owner is not returning my phone calls. I have taken my vehicle back 3 separate times since the initial install. The windshield still leaks and the owner is basically ignoring my request to either refund my money or fix it correctly. Find someplace else to get your windshield replaced!

Aside from all the negative reviews, I just went and got my window replaced due to my car being broken into, And must I say the price was amazing for me and they were extremely fast doing it. Of course my lock didn't work on my car door after but I came in the next morning and he fixed it in not even 2 minutes! Hopefully won't be needing any windows replaced again but if I do I will be back!

I used these guys to replace a extremely cracked front windshield. Process was very smooth - I called and had an appointment booked the next day. Price was $190 - much better than I was expecting, and they were done fairly quickly. All in all, hard not to recommend these folks. I've found my new go to windshield people.

I brought my Hyundai to Auto Glass Now when I needed my windshield replaced. I received helpful service and the work was done that same day. There was quite a few customers and they provided services to everyone. That tells me they run a successful business if there is so much demand.

Autoglass Outlet has my utmost respect for charging some of the most affordable rates and prices to people who just need a break from all the upcharging. Places nearby are at least a hundred bucks or MORE expensive than Autoglass Outlet, and for no articulatable reason either.

Had my window broken on Christmas morning. After being shocked by the prices at other places, Auto Glass Outlet was able to replace my window the day after Christmas for 1/3 of the price of Safelite. They were friendly and helpful. I’ve referred people to them since!

Excellent experience at this place. Customer service was outstanding-smile-friendly- same day service. I was there under an hour and the window looks FANTASTIC!!! Thanks so much for improving my ride!!!! Definitely go here if your needing a window fixed.

Black adhesive was left all over my interior and exterior. The windshield washer tube was severed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm sure there will be more issues to come from what I'm seeing. Sloppy work. Next time I'll use SafeLite.
