Do not use this place! They scratched my truck flung glue in my truck left tools in front of my new glass and left a line hanging. the manager yanked my head liner down and now it broke because his employee is not able to do his job. The rain calibration is not working correctly now. Some guy from the corporate office called to set up a time for him to look at my truck and then blew me off. I'm fighting with my insurance now just trying to get my truck fixed. Not professional. Safelite replied for me to reach out to them. I've been reaching out to them over 50 days. They continue to line to me and run me around. Now they agree to fix my truck but the warranty I paid for will be voided with No reimbursement to me for what I've paid. This is a awful company!!! AVOID After 60 days of trying I received a email saying if I sign a agreement that I will no longer pursue reimbursement of the damages they did to my truck I could possibly receive payment. I offered to come to any office they requested even out of state and sign a agreement and receive payment to be done. 64 days now safelite has now refused the agreement they offered. Do NOT USE ANY OF THESE LOCATIONS!!! I recommend smaller companies that care about building a name.

A rock destroyed my windshield on the interstate yesterday. After I got over the shock I called USAA to initiate a claim. They directed me to the Safelite web site. I was able to book a "come to me' appointment for this afternoon (roughly 24 hours after the incident). I could have gotten a morning appointment, shortening the turnaround, but I needed to stay home. Last time this happened they came to my workplace and did the repair while I was at work. I just had to break away briefly to meet the tech and again to get my keys back. super convenient. I went to work with a broken windshield & I drove home with a new windshield. The tech arrived in the time slot and did the replacement without any delay. He even reinstalled my toll-tag & radar detector mount. When he was done it looked like new. PERFECT. I have zero complaints and give the tech a perfect score. He was professional and very nice. The job was completed a bit faster than I anticipated. It couldn't get much easier.

I called main corporate office number to find someone to replace my 1987 fiero windshield. He called around to several Safelite locations in Oklahoma. He told us no one would replace my windshield for a car that old. I asked them if they could order a windshield and I can put it in myself. He said yes. They ordered a windshield for me and it was delivered to a location about an hour away. I got there for pick up and they told me they could have replaced it for me. I was a little upset over the situation but the employees at that location made it a lot better. I would have brought it back but it was an hour drive. I still had to put my own windshield in. All good and looks good.

Just had my vehicle window replaced by Elijah from Safelite, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Elijah was incredibly respectful, down to earth, and just an all-around solid guy. We found out we both served in the Army around the same time; it felt like catching up with a battle buddy. Hooah! 🇺🇸 Elijah knocked out the job like a true professional, and you could tell he took pride in his work. It wasn’t just a service call,, it was a moment of connection and mutual respect. Getting a chip and then a big crack in a windshield is a bit scary, infuriating and worrisome. Farmer's Ins. directs customers to Safelite for repairs and replacements. The app to make the claim is easy to navigate and it incorporates making an appointment with Safelite with easy and fast. I had a 1:30 appt. but took my truck in early at 12:30. The job was scheduled for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. I got a call just after 2:00 my truck was ready. It went as smooth as possible and now a few weeks later, lots of rain, a couple of car washes and the windshield looks perfect, no leaks or any kind of problem. Great experience given no one loves a cracked windshield.

I was able to schedule the windshield replacement for them to come to my house in the country. Tech was super nice, polite, and efficient! I didn't watch him do it, but he was faster than I expected....I assumed the time it would take, and I was way off! I was referred to safelite by my car dealership. What made it over the top is the nation wide warranty! I did check around with local shops and Safelite pricing was comparable to theirs.. so Competitive pricing, warranty, quick response time, politeness, efficiency, and ease of setting appointment. Couldn't find another company that was competitive. Definitely use Safelite.

READ THIS: If you call to set up a rock chip repair, they'll start with their highest quote, then their second highest quote, then their third highest quote. And even then, if you tell them no thanks, they'll knock another discount or two off that lowest quote. So, either hack their system this way, or skip Safelite and go with a local business. I said thanks but no thanks, give me your lowest quote right away or I'm out. But, the more you know, for those weighing their options!

My technician was Elijah. He was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and kind. A dangerous storm moved while he was doing the job and he still made it happen! He went above and beyond for me. Exceptional customer service! Safelite gained a customer for life simply because of their technician, Elijah! Thanks, man! Your efforts didn’t go unnoticed! Also the booking process was a breeze! I didn’t have to contact my insurance or anything they took care of everything!

Wish I wouldn't have had to use this service but glad it was available. Waiting room was clean, chairs were ok, they were like desk chairs but the back tilted. No beverages were available. I took it into the shop for the service to be done since I dont have a garage. The tech didn't reattach the windshield washer fluid line. Which stressed me out until I was able to get home and have my husband check it. All fixed up though. Took over 2 hrs but I was there early.

On the way down the interstate driving 80 mph one of my spawn threw something at a slightly older spawn and craved my window. Scheduling was very quick and easy and the technician, Elijah, was promptly on time. Upon seeing him I noticed that he had a great beard, and as a bearded man myself this will go one of two ways: beard envy or new friend. Luckily it was the latter and he did a great job. Would absolutely recommend.
