Safelite was an easy, knowledgeable, quick experience. They initially quoted $165 (so they are expensive). However, they do veterans discounts - which really helps the price! When I called, the lady I spoke with was fun, relatable and helpful. She answered all my questions with minimal pressure to schedule right then. Later, I made an appointment online - which was super easy. The shop was clean; Tim (front desk) was kind and has a decade of experience. He explained everything I needed to know. Then the tech who actually worked on my windshield introduced himself, looked at my windshield, spoke with me again and then fixed it! The tech actually asked for Tim's advice on my windshield crack (which I greatly appreciated). Not only did Tim help my tech but he did so graciously. This demonstrated an excellent, communicative, teamwork-based atmosphere which, I think, adds to the level of service. Highly recommend! Just FYI: They called the crack on my windshield a coke bottle crack (aka bullseye crack). Apparently, That's when something small impacts the windshield leaving a tiny chip that gets surrounded by an air pocket /bubble. Meaning there was air between the layers of glass that make up the windshield.

The techs were great, everything else was awful. Your customer service team seemed about as confused as I was and offered no help in trying to fix the situation. The crew arrived 30 min late, keep in mind this is after 5:00pm. Also what kind of scheduling is "the crew will show up between 12-5" how am I supposed to plan around a 5 hour window. Not only that I was given like 3 different times by people throughout the day, none of which were correct. I scheduled it for Monday, as the website said you were free, then got called because they weren't free. I don't know, maybe update the website. So not only did I have to reschedule to the next day, I was put last in line on that day. I feel like I should've been first as I would've been changed on Monday, but nope I have to sit in a parking lot an HOUR after I got off work because no one knows what's going on. The techs were awesome, they worked kind of quick, were super professional and really nice. The system, help desk, and people in charge seemed like they were headless chickens.

May not be this location direct but no other place to rate safelite. We had a badly damaged windshield that was starting to leak and was getting us pulled over and ticketed so we decided to make a appointment online. We Put the truck out of service even tho we needed it that day for towing ,thinking it would just be out a few hours. They showed up 3 hours in the 4 hour window they gave us and looked at it cleaned the window then told my wife they had concerns about possible rust, we told em just pull it and see i understood the possibly of them not being able to put in a new windshield in if theres rust, the technician called is boss came back and said they wouldn't touch it and I asked if I could at least buy the glass they said no have a good day and left. We ended up having to dip in are pockets a little deeper while waiting on the two day returns as I had pre paid and ended up being out the truck a full day while we waited 4 hours for eagle one glass in more to put in a new one, which they did no complaints.

I was traveling out-of-state, and a rock from the highway caused a serious crack in my windshield. The crack was so severe that the entire windshield of my vehicle needed to be replaced. I stopped at one of the nearest Safelite locations due to the severity of my cracked windshield. They scheduled me and immediately replaced my windshield. The initial window replacement work fine as a window, but due to all the new safety features on my vehicle, a lot of the automated features in my vehicle didn’t work after the window was replaced. The representatives refused to charge me until they replaced my window with one that worked properly with my automative features. I was immediately rescheduled and my automobile window was replaced with a window that safety features work. This was exceptional customer service, and I highly recommend this Safelite location to any perspective customers.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield repair

Avoid this store and it’s lying manager, Jose!!! My daughter took her car into this shop to have the window replaced on March 22, 2025. After having the windshield installed the windshield wiper arm was not working. Furthermore, the new windshield was broke near the wiper arm bolt, which was loosened to the point he arm was malfunctioning and not working. Jose says the warranty doesn’t cover this and says the new break has to do with an impact that occurred under a plastic cover, yet the plastic had no sign of any impact. It is obvious that their incompetent technician failed to do his job and caused further damage to a brand new windshield. The manager, Jose, lied to me and told me that another shop removed the the wiper blades and put them on backwards, which never occurred. He then just said, “well i doesn’t matter, we are not going to fix it”. Avoid this place and its poor leadership.

Your tech Justin is a great rep for your brand. He showed up on time, told me exactly how long it would take, was amazingly efficient and talked to me the entire time, explaining every part of what he was doing. It was super interesting to watch how efficient he was. Justin had another stop to make after me and even stopped back by afterwards to make sure everything was still good. He followed up the next day to remind me to remove the tape. He's just a great representative for Safelite, you couldn't have a better person out there interacting with the public on your behalf. Thanks for a great job, we appreciate you guys!! Rob Rogers 3604 Vintage Drive

I used their mobile installation and overall I’m happy. The installer worked with me on the appointment time and he was early onsite. His work, communication and professionalism was acceptable. My ONLY complaint is when he reinstalled my dashcam reusing the old adhesive pad, it failed after 2 days and left my dash cam hanging. The Memorial OKC store told me they did not sell replacement adhesive pads and that Safelite is NOT responsible for ANY aftermarket item that sticks on the windshield. OK-I get it but you’d think a windshield company would encounter enough dash cams that they would carry replacement adhesive pads to complete the job.

I had a great experience with Safelite. My windshield replacement took place at my home in my driveway. My technician was Alex. He called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. He did a great job with the install, explained the do's and don'ts with what to do while my new windshield was settling into it's new little home. He was friendly, respected the space around my vehicle and cleaned up everything when he left. He was very professional. Booking the appointment online was really easy. The entire experience was great. I highly recommend!

I recently had my front windshield replaced by a Safelite technician, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment they arrived, their attitude was outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely upbeat. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the installation. It’s not every day you get great service and a great attitude! Highly recommend Safelite for anyone needing windshield repair or replacement.

Made an appointment arrived early. They said it would be an hour and a half wait. I got a call an hour and a half later saying they just started and it would be another hour and a half. Waited 2 and a half hours for them to be done. (Total of 4 hours) My floor boards were muddy and covered in pieces of glass. They broke my car air freshener. Terrible customer service. They blamed the wait on being busy even though they finished working on other peoples cars before ours. We were the first there and the last to leave.
