Absolute professionalism and SPEED. They arrived an hour after I called them and did such an efficient job cleaning out the broken glass and putting on a new back window. The car looks just as new! Keep in mind that the warehouse they pick up their glass from closes at 11:30, so if you want them to install your new glass same day you have to call them prior to that time. Lastly, their pricing is significantly better than most name brand stores like Safelite. Would 100% hire them again if I need windows replaced.

From my initial call thru completion, everyone was very professional, respectful, timely and kept me updated along the way. Prices and warranty are better than competitors. I had to replace a cracked windshield urgently before an unexpected trip out of town. I called R & M as I left work one afternoon, they had my windshield in stock, and wee at my workplace the next morning before 1030 to replace it on site! Called them around lunch time and about two hours later, they were at my office to replace the windshield on my Lexus. Took about 30 minutes. We needed our passenger car window repaired while on a road trip as a result of a break-in in a hotel parking lot. We googled and found their information online, called them, and they were in the parking lot of the hotel fixing our car 2 1/2 hours later.
