Primo's Auto Glass & Window Tint

Took my car in to have the windshield replaced and a brow put on. They were quick and friendly. On the way home I noticed their glue/sealant was all over the trim panels, seats, center console, and my head which two days before I had redone. I called and they said to bring it in, the cleaned up the headliner as I already had cleaned up the rest of the interior. The brown had a cut in it as well bubbles. I was just going to let that go, but then the windshield started leaking again on my headliner. Took it back in they squirted some more glue/sealant on the inside, up under the headliner and replaced the brow. I don’t particularly care for their must have a receipt policy to determine if theirs a warranty. I was there not even a week ago talked to the same person. But I did and do always keep my receipts. I am need of a new windshield on my 2nd car but I’m thinking I’ll pay the extra $20 and get a lifetime warranty with mobile service and without all the running back and forth for repairs and “do you have your receipt”. I mean they have book keepers or they should. No matter it’s supposedly fixed for now.

Second windshield put in first one paid a deposit and it took a week to get in then cost 400 and 21/2 hours to install it was defected . Looked like biofocal right in my eyes . And the the seal was not in . That was sat. 7/22/23 then on monday i take it back very rude act like they could not speak english the one girl comes out says yesh it will have to be replaced some man comes and apparently tells her that. Why half the seal is in another part is out cause its decoration . Well i leave call next day just to see how longand the samrude girl just drops the phone . Well then on wed they have a newone for me . Take it up there 1 hour to put in things seem ok and they kept my pike pass . Now glass shop should no better than that . So this will be the 3rd trip i am not happy .if rude girl wants to be rude. She can cause i am gonna be so nice it will make her sick . Will never do business her ever again they owe me money for time gas taking off work they dont have my pike pass then that too .

Thought this place was going to be good... had a terrible experience here.. went in to get my truck tinted.. had them do a tint over. Which I have never had a problem with this before.. but it came out terrible.. they even told me that why they was doing it they knew it was.. did not come say anything to me.. then they put new tint on a window and left the window dirty and had trash all under it.. so they told me to come back and they would fix it it. Came back and they said they was only going to do half.. so I ask them how much to fix it all and they quoted me the same price I was originally quoted.. they also left my windows smudge up and left my floor dirty from there shoes and trash.. terrible place to do business... would recommend Carlos window tint on north 23rd.ServicesService not listed

100% would recommend this company! My car was broken into and my passenger window was broken out. This company not only was able to replace and tint my window the same day was, but they were also cheaper than the other places I called! Out of all the places I called there was only one other place that said they could replace my window only and I would have to find somewhere else to get it tinted. So I was extremely surprised when the folks at Primo's said not only they could do it that day, but I could bring my a car in right away! Another plus for me was the customer service, the lady I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable both on the phone and I person. I would definitely come here again and have been recommending this company to others ever since!

This company just practically stole our money. We paid to have a window installed after our vehicle was broken into. The window rolled down and back up one time after the repair and the next time it was rolled down, it won't roll back up. Also, the door panel was put back on incorrectly and the lock sticks up all the way out of the door and doesnt work. It worked before they pulled the door apart Basically they've told us that we have to now bring it into their shop and they will look at it but it won't be under their warranty since it rolled up when it was tried the first time. Do not do business with this company. They do not honor their work and didn't care that they've made a hard situation even harder.

They are definitely the cheapest around but the old saying you pay for what you get. Damaged my defrost vents and section on interior pillar between door and windshield. Cheap tent that was bubbling when they handed me to keys. Asked them to fix it and they took my car in and brought it out with bubbles in tent still. Also they told me not to remove the tape on new installed windshield for 24 hours so I didn't touch the tape but by the time I got home windshield slid down about 1/4 inch. I wouldn't recommend using them. The icing on top was they left trash in my car.

I have been coming here for about 10 years and I have referred lots and lots of customers, no complaints, When I enter into the building, the ladies behind the glass was very professional, Beautiful, like always, was greeted and assisted, explained, everything clearly all warrantees, and everything to my son Anthony DeLaRosa Jr. he is very happy with his car I just bought for him for being a smart, great young man, he loved new Tinted windows. If you ever need your wonders, Tenant are installed. This is the place to be in town.

Came here to get my windshield replaced and some tint on my new car. When I get home, there is big air bubbles with particles inside of them as if they did not prep the windows before tinting. everything is cut out like a third grader in the tint already has a purple shade. I asked for a refund because the work is rediculous, there is also parts they didn’t tuck in all the way. Don’t expect anything quick! I came in for window tinting and they told me it would take 3 hours and they would call me when it’s ready. I left the car and came back 30 minutes before they closed, even though I had not received a call. It had been 4 hours since I had dropped off the car and when I got there they hadn’t even started on it. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! Cheap price but honestly not worth it. Take your business somewhere else.

I’ve come here to tint 3 cars over the years and had been happy with them. But this last time… I JUST purchased my car a week ago and don’t go anywhere but work. Was off for 2days and decided to tint the windows. I got my car back and it was timely and affordable… but now I have this weird residue and huge scratches on my trunk. I called the lady said she’d look at the video and call me back and nothing happened. I may contact a lawyer.
