My brother and I was in town from out of state and while at our hotel my truck was broken into and window smashed. I searched Google and Penn glass was the first option...and for good reason! I spoke with Shannon and explained our situation. He told me if I would drop my truck off he would get us taken care of. In less than 3 hours they had the window ordered and in,, replaced, glass cleaned up from the busted window and back on the road! I can not say enough how thankful we are for them taking care of so fast, and their friendly customer service! Thank you Shannon and team, you guys are outstanding!! They also took it a step further and referred us to Elite Tint which is about 4 blocks from their shop so we could get it tinted before we left town as well. We spoke to Mike, exact same results. Got a windshield on one car replaced here. Price was more than fair even with the recalibration. Called and they could get me in next day. Took less than an hour from pulling up to leaving. My truck had some leaks I traced to the windshield seal. Shannon took a look at it and was able to salvage the old windshield, however the adhesive would not adhere due to some weird coating on the one that was installed. He said he does not feel comfortable, although he could try, reinstalling it due to the high likelihood of the seal failing again. I said I trust his opinion and he installed a brand new one. All of this in less than 45 minutes, after calling and getting a same day appointment. Price was much less than what you would expect to pay for this insanely professional level of service. I recommend them to all my friends and those who are looking for windshield replacement or repair. These folks are the real deal: prompt, professional, and more than reasonably priced.

After driving 2 1/2 hours to the city for an appointment at safelite that I made a week in advance, I was highly disappointed to find that they didn’t have my window and wanted to double my price. I wasn’t happy. I found Penn Auto Glass online and was amazed at how awesome this man Shannon was!! He was genuinely concerned about my situation! Though he couldn’t get me in his shop that day he didn’t want my trip wasted. Instead of taking the business for himself he referred me to a friend of his who also was concerned and was able to help me at such short notice. Shannon was able to help me with this situation and I am extremely thankful for his help. I would definitely drive the 2 1/2 hours again to have the pleasure to do business with him. After returning home from Christmas to a busted driver’s window I was on the search for a repair company. After getting a quote of $300 from satellite I called Penn Auto Glass and spoke with Shannon. He gave me a quote of $193 and a next day appointment. He was patient with my lack of knowledge about what I really needed and what my schedule would allow. He told me he could get me in at 8 am and it would take an hour. I was there at 8 and they had me out of their shop an hour later and I didn’t pay a penny more than what he quoted. He also offered to pay for a coffee at a nearby coffee shop for those of us waiting. I was in OKC for a funeral and my truck was broken in to, breaking the passenger front window. On Monday morning I arrived at Penn glass at 0810 and explained I had a 9 hour drive ahead of me and really needed to get home. Shannon checked the clock and their warehouse and told me he figured they could get me out of there by 1100. I drove off with the new window installed at 1000. WOW is all I can say. Very courteous, professional, and friendly. And the price was extremely reasonable. Late July, Got a recommendation from Tesla to go and get my window replaced. Found it odd. Stated I’ll stick with Tesla oem and wait till first week of sept. Curious enough Then 3 weeks later my appt at Tesla I’ve been waiting for is cancelled and I was once again told by Tesla to get it done at penn. original quote 3 weeks ago. 1400 and some change. Tesla OKC is 1k and some change. The 3 week later proved to be a change of quote again. Not only are all the locals being sent here but their prices miraculously are 25% higher now. Collusion at some point here is happening to alleviate the stress on the oem and get some extra change in their pockets at Penn.

I don't have any negative comments about Penn Auto Glass. We have used this business multiple times and always had excellent customer service. Our family has used Penn Auto Glass for replacement of multiple vehicles windshields. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are very good and the quality of the glass is excellent. They also offer window tinting services. I found Penn Auto Glass when I owned a Volkswagen Passat. Allen Samuel's recommended that I shop here for all my Auto Glass needs. I recommend Penn Auto Glass to anyone in need of Auto Glass. You will not be disappointed. Nor will you be over charged.

I had a great experience at Penn Auto class company. The service all the way around was very professional, polite and friendly. They replaced my front windshield and recalibrated the Toyota cameras perfectly. I am immediately drove home which is over 80 mi after the install with absolutely no imperfections. Another great benefit is within one block is a coffee shop, a pub and one of the best barber salons I've ever been to. They also will replace on the spot your pikepass so no need to call pikepass or go online! I was so impressed that I would absolutely recommend this to my Mother.

What can I say except Penn Auto Glass is Awesome!!! They replaced the windshield on my grandparents 2015 Cadillac and also did the recalibration of their lane departure warning system. After inspecting the install I could tell that it was done by true professionals!! They talked us through the whole process and had it done in just a few hours!! This place was absolutely awesome. I was in shock by the service I was given. They stuck with the price they quoted me over the phone days prior (which was also the cheapest I could find in the city). The customer service was amazing. They bought me a coffee from the coffee shop next door while I waited and It was done in less then 45 minutes. I also had a missing windshield wiper that they replaced with no extra charge.
