So far the tint has been fine but I 100% would have gone somewhere else if it wasn’t a Friday afternoon off of the customer service alone**** They quoted me 200 for 1 car & 80 for the other, the TWO times I called before showing up. When I showed up they tried to add on another 35 to the 200 & 20 to the 80 making it 235 & 100. When I asked them to double check (since they obviously don’t know what they’re talking about) sis had the audacity to come tell me its 120, lol after 5 minutes earlier her team had just said 100. (???) Then! I asked her to ask her management if they would take $100 for their mistakes, she did NOT ask him. She thought I didn’t speak Spanish so I didn’t understand what she was saying but I understood every word :) I just wasn’t trying to argue anymore than I already had to. THEN they go to process my card & there was a surprise $100 to the total after I ask about it, she said it was “taxes”???? Which was weird. Then when I pulled out my calculator & showed her that the math made no sense - she finally recalculated. 235+120+tax in any world does not come to 468… weird. No apology though, I guess that was my (a loyal paying customers) fault. It would have been nice to have been actually apologized to or felt like someone was trying to help me towards a solution where both parties were happy especially since the misquotes & the miscalculations were not my fault. I don’t typically write reviews & I’m a lot of things - but I am not stupid or rude. Y’all can be mad or y’all can be wrong - NOT both. Work on your customer service, your explanations & just overall treating people better. I would never come back or recommend this place after bringing multiple cars - the only way I am coming back is if they have to fix my tint, period. Avoid this headache at all costs. 10/10 from start to finish!!! I needed my windshield and completely busted out panoramic automatic sunroof replaced. All the women at the front desk were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable, but the one I worked with primarily was fantastic! She was patient with all of my questions, walked me through the process and provided me an accurate estimate- which was significantly less than others. They replaced my windshield quickly that day and were upfront about how tricky replacing the sunroof panels can be. Depending on if the track/ frame had damage, it may not be able to slide to open. They would do all they could but, couldn’t guaranty, and we wouldn’t know until it was replaced to test it. I could’ve gone somewhere else to completely replace the inset frame/ track but they were triple the price. I decided to take a chance- they let me know the panels had arrived and could take up to 2-3 days due to the complexity of the replacement. They called me only a few hours later and it was ready! When I got back we tested it, and it worked! It seemed like a miracle to me, but they were just doing what they do best! They were very meticulous removing the outer edge adhesive, remaining glass from the frame, and track. They were also very careful not to damage the shade liner underneath. JJ answered all of my questions in detail and ensured I was completely satisfied, I couldn’t be happier!!! Even if the automatic sunroof wouldn’t have opened, I appreciate them doing such a great job and saving me money!! I hope I don’t need their services again but if so, I won’t go anywhere else and will refer everyone I can!

*********************WARNING******************** Went to get my windshield replaced on 8/1. Did a good job but left broken glass everywhere. Meh, no biggie. Got down the road and noticed my side mirror was off and went to adjust. Thats when I noticed the mirror adjust knob and the housing had been pushed through. Called at 6:06 pm, they were closed, which was weird, because I was just there. Called the next morning and they said bring it in and we'll fix it. Brought it in, the employee who fixed my window came out, looked at it, fiddled with it, then said he couldn't fix it and had other work to do. Went back inside and asked to speak with the manager, the lady at the desk said he wasn't there, she tried calling him. No luck. I said I'll call back and asked for his name, "Gustavo"....last name? ......and she actually said this......."We're not allowed to give his last name"....I said, "What?"....she said, "We're not allowed to give his last name." Let me get this straight, you own a business in OKC, and a customer asks for the manager and you're not allowed to give out his name????? She told me no, but she'd have the other "technician" look at it. They came back and said it was fixed, YAY! NOPE! I get in and they had obviously glued it in. There was dried glue all over the console. "No, we didn't glue it." Now my right side mirror will not adjust, and there's glue all over my mirror adjust. But hey, my windshield is fixed...STAY AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS"

I am a car dealer in okc and I have been bringing my cars to this location for years. It was always good business when it went smooth. But, the other day I dropped off a 5 year old BMW M2 for a front windshield swap. They either weren’t aware that hood opens with double pull on the lever or something else, but when I arrived to pick up the car both of my springs were broken and hood hinges were bent. To be honest I could replace all 4 for around $100-$150 and since we have done business for so long I would forget about it. But the guy in charge immediately started saying that they didn’t do anything. I said the hood had none of those issues when I dropped the car off and they basically called me a liar and lied to my face. To make things even worse, they pulled up video feed and watched it for like 15 mins before letting me see it too and when they did, they started the video when windshield was already off. Furthermore, windshield trim piece (piece that covers bottom of the windshield) was completely destroyed. I know stuff happens and its all part of doing business, but I was absolutely disappointed that they kept lying straight to my face. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere and so will many people that I sent their way in the past.

My tint was placed quickly and it was done okayish? I asked for the banner tint on my front windshield to come down to where my visor ended. It was about 2 inches shorter than I asked. I also had my back window tinted. Both front and back were covered in some sort of oily substance??? I was driving home after getting this done and i the oil (or whatever) was so thick i couldnt even see out of my windshield safely. I tried using windex, degreaser and even industrial window cleaner. IT WOULD NOT COME OFF. I got this done about a month and a half ago. The substance still won't come off. I scrubbed for over an hour on my back window. It would just spread everywhere. I managed to get a good amount off with dawn soap and water but it was a horrible experience. Not worth it. Not only that. I had just had my car detailed and whoever placed the tint left dirt marks all over the backseat and the roof on the inside of the car. Not happy.

Someone went on a rage overnight and busted 2 back windshields. One being my own. I was feeling so many emotions and stressed. I didn’t see it safe to drive my vehicle to the shop with glass still chipping off especially since I would have to bring my baby with me. So the mobile service is a god sent thing. Insurance wanted so much more and didn’t offer a mobile solution and was 2 weeks out. I only found out about this company because my spouse shop had company cards for other businesses for things they couldn’t service. They were so sweet and understanding on the phone, and the fact they had the glass in stock and had the time for me today lifted the massive weight off of my shoulders. The tech was also very kind. And did the job flawlessly. If I run into another issue with glass being cracked or smashed I’m definitely calling them again. Money well spent 🫶🏼ServicesAuto windshield repair

my fiance decided to take my car in to get my windows tint while i was work, he went up there at 9am and when he got there he was told only a hour and half, so i decided to give him a call around 11am and he was still there, i called up there to get my car check and i was told by the supervisor that they only needed to do the back window. so i continued to wait here goes 1pm and i called them and the supervisor which was a lady told me that the had two appointments in front of me, which i was never the first time called. i have always taken them my cars and this the last time i will be back. Also while on the phone the lady act like she didn't care that my fiance has been up there sitting for 4 hours. Im all about customer service because i mange a place now. They installed the new windshield and after the installation I noticed that there was a scratch on the windshield after it was just installed. I told them about it and I was told they would call the warehouse and get one ordered and that if they could not warranty it then they would buff the scratch out. I don’t know about you but I don’t want to spend a good bit on a new windshield only for it to now be buffed. The lady told me that is was on order and I got there and I was told they did not have it on order and that they would buff it. This location is totally useless! I came in because they said they could get my window fixed the same day. I left in an Uber half way to my office they called and said that the glass was cracked. I Ubers back to pick up my car they wouldn't even tape it up for me. I brought it back the next day and they had my car for 5 hours didn't call me. I didn't find out that they did not get the glass ordered at all until I called to see if the car was ready! Terrible service and a bunch of liars . The two ladies at the front are lazy and take personal phone calls on their cell phones instead of helping you when they are the ones who dropped the ball

The folks behind the desk were very helpful. They were able to find a sunroof glass from a salvage yard and install it just like they said they would. While there I decided to get a new windshield for good measure. Actually, I nearly had one installed a couple of times ladt month. I assume almost everyone was very professional. There was a lot of Spanish spoken there but nothing that shouldn't be expected. They installed my sunroof and windshield perfectly. I only wish they had cleaned the sunroof tracks of the broken glass a little better. Otherwise, it was a great experience. I would recommend giving them a chance.
