We bought a new premium windshield from Autoglass solutions a few weeks ago, everything seemed fine the first few days, we took the vehicle on a 15 hour roadtrip two days after glass was installed and while driving I noticed first one verticle black line appear directly infront of my drivers view, 6-8 inches longs then later there were a few more to the side of it shorter and some slightly diagonal. you couldnt feel them on the outside of glass from inside or outside the vehicle, by the time we made it back to Oklahoma you could feel them slightly through the glass as if it was a scratch, but nothing had touched the windshield, we were not even in any storms. We called to schedule a service repair and ask them to make good on wararnty glass was defaulty, at first they said they would, then canceled and rescheduled appointment. Then refused saying it was our fault that we must have taken a big diamond ring and cut the glass, I would really like to have that ring then, because we dont have one. I talked to the owner he wanted to argue and tell me I didnt know what I was talking about and handed the phone to his wife, who told me if I paid them full price again..I could get a new window.... That is not happening. Dont be scammed by this business, please pass this on,

I was blown away at how awesome and fast and convenience it was to get my broken window fixed today. I busted out my back window last night on accident. Autoglass Solutions was my savior today!! This is not your everyday ordinary autoglass repair. I didn't contact Autoglass Solutions until after 10AM this morning. It's the woman who returned my call within 5 minutes was very outgoing and friendly I told her my situation She was able to order my backseat window have it delivered and I had it replaced done finished know that for 2 o'clock today that's amazing they did perfect work! I contacted Bob Moore of Oklahoma City Service department and was notified that I would probably be better off going somewhere else due to it would take them at least 3 to 5 business days to order my window replacement and then the cost for window replacement would be quite expensive. They should be ashamed of themselves Henry Ford's rolling over in his grave as I speak. Thank you auto glass solutions I truely appreciate your honest, hard work. thank you oh... Horrible experience... we had our windshield replaced a few weeks ago from this company, they took my money but installed a faulty glass that within a week started having thin veritcle cracks appear directly infront of the drivers view, they claim these are scratches caused by a big diamond ring, which was definately not the case, (if so where is the ring), especially since these began appearing while I was driving down the road. The owner wanted to tell me I was lying and put his wife on the phone....all we wanted was them to make good on their faulty product...do not use them, do not be scammed they may be the lowest price around, but not worth it.

I was very happy with my experience here. I called and got a quote that was less than half the price of a national chain. I spoke with one of the owners on the phone and they were able to order my windshield and get me in the next day. I was a little hesitant at first since it was so much cheaper, but I'm very happy with the job they did and the windshield they installed was brand new. It took less than an hour while I chatted with the owner inside, she was very pleasant and friendly. The best part is I can support a Local Small Business. I will definitely be back if I have any other glass needs.

They were accommodating, true to their word and on time. The replacement glass appears to be very similar to OEM....trim and tint strip are spot on. My Pike pass and oil reminder were even saved and placed on my new one. The after care ( what to do and not do ) were explained well. My vehicle was clean and no material or shop debris were found. My wife had two windshields replaced while I was deployed. They gave great service and a military discount as well. I thought my windshield was leaking on one of my vehicles so my wife took it back in to be looked at. Turns out it was not the window and my vehicle has a recall for this exact issue. A tree branch shattered my window and I needed it fixed fast! Autoglass solutions was quick, affordable, and did a stellar job! My daughter’s car seat was filled with glass as was my floor board and I absolutely did not expect them to vacuum it out, but they did. They went above and beyond for us! Got a quote from two different people at this company for a reasonable price for a windshield replacement on my convertible. One day before the scheduled appointment I was called and told these were false quotes and that the real quote was a few hundred more than the quote i got from the two other people at the company. ended up going with a much cheaper company.
