Auto Glass Now

They weren't able to schedule my appointment for a few days which was slightly inconvenient (ie my windshield was busted on Thursday afternoon and I couldn't get in until Monday). Additionally, when we arrived Monday morning for our scheduled appointment we were informed our glass hadn't been delivered over the weekend. Again, with it being 4 days after I scheduled, that was irritating to me. An appointment that was supposed to take 45 minutes ended up lasting 3 hours or so. Obviously, that was frustrating as we were waiting a little over 2 hours just for the delivery. However, I can see where that isn't necessarily something they can control and sometimes things just happen. They were more than fair about it, even adding an additional discount to my final invoice for the inconvenience. The customer service was actually great. They were friendly, helpful, kept us updated and, like I said, offered the additional discount for our time. The technician himself was quick and efficient, friendly, and did good work. I have no complaints, truly. I took off a star simply because of the two hours we had to wait when they did have 4 days notice. All in all, I can't put all the blame on them, they were fair and reasonable, customer service was wonderful, and if we have the misfortune of needing any sort of glass/window/windshoeld services again in the future, I will definitely be returning to these guys.

Auto Glass Now. What to say. Kind, couterteous, professional. I was in the OKC area for the airshow at Tinker AFB on 6/27-6/28. My truck got broken into the hotel parking lot I was staying at. Two pieces of door glass trashed. Luckily, the thieves got nothing. Anyways, first and foremost, AGN was one of the few that has Saturday hours. Secondly, they were one of the few who actually answered their phone. Thirdly, their pricing was the best. They got me in ASAP and got me out ASAP (so I could catch up with my family at the airshow and not have to drive back to Tulsa with shattered windows). So, they operate on Saturdays, they answered their phone, they gave me the best pricing, they got me in and out, all during my time of need. Sure, they could've taken advantage of my situation. Sure they could have dismissed me to someone else like others did. But they didn't. I would not hesitate to use them again. Sincerely, a real human that lives in Tulsa, OK.

Stay away! By far the worst service I have ever received for any of my vehicles! I dropped my truck off 3 hours before my service at 11 to find out they installed a broken windshield back on but didn’t catch it until after it was installed! They then informed me that they had to order another one remove it and reinstall it. After waiting in their lobby for hours, the “new” one had scuff marks on it (eye level where you can see) that won’t come off! They told me they would warranty it and I could come back… I never want to come back ever again! The staff were very unprofessional too cursing while customers are in the lobby and the whole place looks like an absolute mess. They also left shards of glass all over my truck and damaged my dashboard. Don’t waste your time or money, trust me it is not worth the cheaper price if you care about your time or vehicle.

Customer satisfaction through the roof. Rhonda and Trey were outstanding. They went out of their way to be sure my service was excellent. And not for monetary gain or any other reason but just amazing customer service. I'd had a crummy week. Friends and family sick and in hospital and Rhonda was so friendly personable and genuinely caring. Trey offered helped with extras and as I offered tips, and they were happy with just a review which I'm happy to give in exchange for their great customer relations and service. I could hear every so often as I waited for my vehicles service cheaper isn't always better and that was so clearly understood with the caliber of service here.

I made an appointment last week to have my windshield repaired after a rock hit it on the highway. I opted to take it in the shop, so that I could have a specific set appointment, as I’m very busy. I arrive for my appointment early. No one knows who I am. My appointment isn’t logged, and they won’t squeeze me in because it had been raining that day. If I would have known, as in, if someone would have told me, that you can’t have it repaired when it’s raining, then I wouldn’t have taken time out of my schedule and bothered coming up. So who knows if they’re any good. They might be, but they don’t handle business well

Great customer service from the time I walked in. Rhonda also went above and beyond to get me a squeeze in appointment in 24 hours when I told her I was starting a new job in 2 days and didn't want my windshield all cracked up. The windshield looks just like the original and all my sensors still work! Their use of Zip which allows you to do a quick credit application and pay in 2 week installments is super helpful as well. I also got a discount since I was paying out of pocket and not using insurance. I will come back to them if I ever need auto Glass or a new mirror!

Rhonda might just be the sweetest person I have met, after receiving a quote via the call center of a price that was a bit out of my range and would not be available until a later date, Rhonda had been made aware somehow of my request and called me personally to let me know they could get me the windshield same day and was able to offer a price that I was comfortable with. The service was quick and very efficient and the whole team I was assisted by made what was a very rough time for me, so much easier to manage. They have made a customer for life

This is now the second time I have used this shop. The first time I had two chips in my windshield. They filled them and gave me a warranty. Today, my back passenger window shattered on youngest and obviously momma was freaking out. These people are literally the best. They helped calm me down and set up an appointment immediately while simultaneously adding the window to their order so it would be here today so I didn’t have to wait. Best cost out of everywhere I called. Best customer service out of everywhere I’ve been and used. Thank you guys!!!

They did a great job filling in a rock chip within the day. However I don’t like the statement “No guarantees this works” being made - that doesn’t sound confident to a customer. Additionally, the front desk personnel seems short staffed. They are kind, but it feels like chaos. It was about $60 to get this fixed. Other shops are in the $40-$50 range. I went here for convenience at the time. In the end, the nick looks good and it was able to be filled. I probably won’t return to this location, but it wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had.

I woke up to my windshield being shattered and Auto Glass Now was able to get me in just a few hours later to repair it and for a great price. On top of getting in super quick and being reasonable priced, they had my old windshield out and a new windshield in within an hour and it looks as good as new. Overall I am very pleased with my experience between both of the ladies who helped me on the phone and at the front desk, as well as the speedy tech who got my windshield repaired quickly. Thank you guys! It was very much appreciated!
