OKC Auto Glass

OKC Auto Glass was the lowest price that was quoted to me for a full front window replacement on my vehicle. I sent many emails, with questions and concerns, which were returned promptly and with answers that I could understand. To make it even better, they were able to come to my house, which is not in the city, but out in the outskirts of the outskirts (LOL). This really made it so much easier on me, because I didn't have to worry about making special plans to go somewhere to get my window fixed! The day of the repair, the technicians called my house to let me know they were on their way, verified where I was located, and gave me an estimated time of arrival, which was pretty much dead right! When they arrived, they let me know they were there, and went straight to work. About 30 minutes later they came back to the door, asked me to come look at the window and then gave me specific instructions, that were easy to understand, on what to do with my new window. Payment was easy to make, and they did not leave a mess at all for me to pick up. My window looks great, the review mirror is back in place, and I'm ready for the hail weather to begin (LOL). The whole experience was awesome, and I'm definitely keeping their number handy for that wonderful hail weather we all know will be coming this spring!

My rear window glass was smashed in the middle of the night on a Friday. Saturday morning I was desperately calling around to local glass repair shops but I couldn't find any reputable place that would quote me under $300. Out of those places several couldn't fit me in until Monday and others couldn't fit me in until Thursday at the earliest. On a whim, I put in a google search and found this place. I was quoted a great price over the phone and was told that the repair guy would come to me on Monday. I REALLY needed my window fixed right away so I asked if there was any way possible it could happen on the same day. Tamara (?) told me that she would check and see if Charles (?) could fit anyone else in. I was delighted when Charles added me to his already packed schedule of 10 auto glass repairs. I received a call about 30 minutes before he arrived and my glass was fixed within 30 minutes to an hour of him arriving. He even vaccummed and swept a lot of the glass that was in my car and around it on the ground. If I ever need any glass repair services again, this will be the only place I go to and I will recommend it to all of my friends and family.

I can't sing enough praises for this company! From the moment I talked to Tamara about my issues and scheduled an appointment, to the moment Charles and his helper came out to do the repairs was FLAWLESS. It's hard to find companies like this around anymore! People that actually care about what they do and care about their customers! They came to my work at no extra charge, can't get more convenient than that! I don't even want to talk about the "other" company that I called, grrrrrrrr............ just don't call anybody else lol take my word for it. Just call OKC Auto Glass and be done with it. They replaced the glass in my drivers side front door and also repaired a chip in my windshield for less than half the price of just replacing my window that the other company quoted! Charles told me that the money that I had spent on the chip repair would be applied to the cost of a new windshield if I needed it in the future!!! WOW! Fast, friendly, informative, and low cost! So happy that I found them! INTEGRITY! They gots it! :)

My wife needed a windshield replaced for the second time so I decided to start calling to get estimates on a mobile repair shop that would come to my work and take care of it. After I called 4 of the Major players with estimates of $250 or more I decided to keep looking. I finally arrived at a family owned company located in Midwest City. I spoke with Charles and he gave me a great price fully expecting to have to bring my car to him for that price. He said I will come to you for that price. I was very surprised. I set it up immediately. He called the night before to verify everything was good before coming the next day. He was very professional and did everything he said he would. He arrived this morning with his wife helping him because someone had called in sick. I love family owned businesses. I asked for some of his cards and have already handed one out to a friend. I would recommend doing business with this company. There is nothing better than doing business with a fellow Oklahoman.

Called OKC Auto Glass based on the reviews I found online. They did not disappoint. Once I provided vehicle / VIN, I got all-inclusive quote that I found to be very reasonable, and they came to me at my place of residence in McLoud. In matter of fact, they were ahead of schedule from their morning jobs and called to see if I was available for them to come sooner. Charles and Noah were professional, polite, great communication, and efficient with their time. They were here and gone in just under an hour--That's service. I'd highly recommend OKC Auto Glass if you are needing work done. I will definitely call upon them again for any future glass work and will recommend them to anyone looking for this sort of service in this area. Outstanding work from start to finish!!!

I had the windshield replaced in my 2003 Silverado SS which I would definitely call my baby. The truck is immaculate for its age and I take really good care of her. The gentleman at OKC Auto Glass were extremely proffesional and did a dynamite job on my windshield. I am extremely leery of anyone who works on my truck, they did a fantastic clean job. No excess silicone oozing out anywhere, and the truck remained clean. The guys who came to my home were polite and professional. I was also impressed by the receptionist working in the office, she was very polite and answered all my questions. They took extra care of everything. If I ever need another windshield I will definitely be using these people again.

They did a great job replacing the back sliding glass window on my son's 03 Ranger. I had called several places in town and nobody had a new back glass for my son's truck in stock. All of them said they would check to see if they could find a replacement for me. OKC Auto glass was the only one that called me back! The price was good, as I had google searched and found one for $200 just to purchase the glass and then it would still need to be installed. They found the glass for me and came to my work to install if for me for $229. Great deal in my opinion! And the two guys that came out to do the work were very friendly, Highly recommend this company to do business with!

OKC Auto Glass did a great job replacing my cracked Jeep windshield. The price was not bad at all, the workmanship was far above average, and best of all, they had great customer service! From the lady I spoke with on the phone to the guys who came out to replace the windshield, everyone was very friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer my questions. I did not feel like I was being rushed off the phone when I first called them like I did with another local auto glass business. It was also incredibly convenient that they would come out to my house to replace it, rather than having to drive to their location. Great company, I highly recommend them!

OKC Auto Glass was the best company for the job in all of Oklahoma City. Called on Wednesday, got an estimate within 5 minutes. They drive to your location and get the job done within an hour. I had my windshield replaced today. Seriously, for 289$ to come to my workplace while I’m clocked in and change my windshield on location was a great deal. They were courteous, gave me details of what to do, when to remove tape, and when I should be good to go after the replacement sets in. Definitely give them a call, I already gave their card to 2 other coworkers who are interested. You want quick and efficient AND affordable? Call these guys.

Tammera coordinated everything through phone/e-mail and she was polite, kind, & professional. Charles came out to replace my window and was perfectly on time, even a little early.
