My son’s gf got stopped for a cracked windshield and got a $200 ticket. My insurance copay was more than the windshield. I checked around and as usual Safelite was the cheapest and could do the job at our convenience. I was very sick so they arranged to come do it at my house. The tech even made it that he texted me inside and when the job was done I paid via my phone. I didn’t even need to leave my bed. And because it was done fast enough she was able to show proof to the court and the ticket for $200 was voided which helped cover the cost. Very cool. And they really did need a windshield!

Super easy process. Good communication. Technicians arrived within scheduled appointment window and confirmed ETA beforehand. Came to my workplace and were courteous and self-sufficient. Even has a convenient payment option to split the charge into three or four payments. Which isn’t a huge deal but something I utilized because, let’s face it, having pay to replace your windshield is a drag. But these guys make the process simple and painless. They also install new wiper blades after installation, which is a nice touch.

The work of this store is absolute trash!! I do not recommend going to the Lawton Safelite location. Had new windshield installed, which was not OEM like I wanted, sealant was protruding from all areas on interior side, and they couldn’t even put my rear view mirror back on properly (no glue, nothing) but blamed it on the “replacement” windshield. Made another appointment to have OEM windshield installed…waited 1.5hrs for them to come tell me the windshield didn’t make it on the truck. Don’t waste your time!!!

Took my car in last Friday to have a window replaced, drove around all weekend with so much glass in my door until Monday, took it back first thing Monday to have them get the glass out, lady at the front desk acted like this was a huge inconvenience for them to have to mess with my car again unscheduled, guy brought back my car said he was able to get some out and laughed that there was still a lot in there said he could try again. Are you kidding me???

The cost to replace the windshield on my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck was only $394.28. I dropped off the vehicle at 9 o'clock ante meridiem. It was ready in approximately 1.5 hours—friendly and fast service. I will be using this business again if I need to have my windshield replaced again and lucky for them I have my father's vehicle that needs replacing as well so they will soon receive my business once more in the near future.

Great service beginning to end From website, quote and schedule phone call, get the windshield, pay the price, transaction done, simple and easy. You can tell they've done it thousands of times and they have their system down. It's much easier than I thought. And much cheaper than I thought. I have no regrets. It was quick easy and I got what I wanted. No complaints at all. I say go! Replace with safelite. 👍👍

A different Safelite shop at a different location refused to replace my windshield due to the car being older than 2000. The Lawton shop without hesitation said it wasn't a problem and they were helpful from beginning to end. The glass was replaced in the morning, and it poured down rain that afternoon with no leaks. It's nice not having a vertical crack from bottom to top right in my driving view.

I made an appointment and paid online for chip repair to my windshield. Never saw a technician. No one explained the process or what to expect when it’s finished. After 4.5 hours, the windshield is faulty, according to a Safelite representative, and I must go to Ft. Worth to have it replaced. Why didn't they check the heads up display before releasing it to me? They staff was really nice, especially the manager who came and got us at the casino we used as a waiting place. But....

Gabriel provided an excellent service. From the moment I spoke to him, he had a great attitude and excellent customer service. He removed the old windshield, cleaned everything thoroughly, and installed the new one. Cleaned up after himself and was on his way in no time. Thanks Gabriel.
