I gave only 4 stars because what should have taken one day to install a windshield at our home........ turned into a two week ordeal. The installer that came to our home didn't have the correct trim (it's an older car). So after three appointments, one cancellation plus one trip to verify the trim needed (total two trips to their office) and two weeks of delay, our windshield was finally installed. This delay interrupted our visit with our daughter we hadn't seen in 5 years. In addition, as we were giving the car to our daughter, it put us close to not having the car ready in time for her to take the car home. We had to interrupt her last day with us to take the car to their office one final time, which is 40 minutes one way, the day before she was to return home! I'm glad they were able to complete the install but... Something simple turned into stressful production. The good news is, the actual install when completed was excellent. The employees were all very nice and did try their best to make this all come together in time... I just didn't need the additional stress at this time. Because of the employees friendliness and the actual install, we will use them in the future.. just hope it goes smoother next time.

Mike Johnson at Safelite's Call Center went "above and beyond" in tracking down my warranty with Crystal Fusion. He not only worked for two hours on the project, he called me back with details, and then followed up two days later to make sure I had my appointment. The Safelight Crew in Enid, Oklahoma, have done an incredible job in replacing my windshield. I would give Safelite Auto Glass 10 stars if Google would allow. When trying to make an appointment, you get told you can only do one online. Make one for a week out give them all my information on my vehicle, quote was almost $600. An actual person called me five days later to say that they can’t find the glass for my vehicle and tried to cancel my appointment. I had found glass and was going to get it, but they would have to push my appointment out and it would be labor only but did not quote me for it. I went ahead and just cancelled and found a better place to go instead.

After weeks of trying to deal with my insurance, I gave up and just went straight to safelite. They scheduled me so quickly, drove 40 minutes away to come to my house and stayed in communication until the job was completed and even checked up afterwards to make sure I was happy. They were cheaper than my insurance deductible and also very professional. They took extra precautions to keep my car safe and clean while working on it. I can’t say enough. I highly recommend Safelite.

The first windshield installed leaked water, the warranty work was done correctly. But they lost the nut to my passenger side wiper blade arm, instead of going to NAPA and replacing it they decided to use GM parts, 2 weeks waiting on the part then the nut was the wrong size , so they had to reorder. I finally took it to the NAPA store on Willow St. they helped fix it in 5 min. Next time I will use Rock Island Body Shop, fir glass replacement .ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Cody was very helpful and I couldn't be more happy with the work he did. He was the only guy working and he was doing everything from answering the phones to replacing windshields when I came into the store... I scheduled my appointment for a week later than I had intended, he didn't have my windshield in stock but he had it rushed in and he had me back on the road the same day. Something tells me he's the reason this place keeps running. Thank you!

This team at safelite were GREAT to work with. Went through the BIGGEST headache coordinating with different agencies in order to get my car repaired. Brenden and Gerardo both went ABOVE AND BEYOND not only with getting my car repaired expeditiously but also helping me coordinate with my insurance and safelite corporate. I came to this location to have a rock chip repaired and was able to get an appt the very same day. I was very happy with the service provided by Gerardo. He explained the process and made sure I understood the risks. Overall it didn’t take as long as I thought it would. Furthermore, Gerardo was super friendly and I felt I was treated like a valued customer. I highly recommend Safelite Enid.

John, the service tech did an excellent job. He showed up when he said he would, was kind, courteous, and professional. He installed a new windshield in minimal time. Safelite on the other hand, is something else. The scheduling process is absolutely horrendous! And more importantly, if you need to or want to talk to someone before scheduling an appointment, forget it.

Had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, then was told no one would be available and had to move my appointment for Friday. I arrive Friday and they tell me not only do they not have my glass, they moved my appointment to Oklahoma City. I now have to drive with a broken windshield until Monday assuming they don't screw it up a third time.
