This business does not care about customers time at all. Today marks my third revisit with this company. A few weeks back I had them out for a home visit which needed rescheduled because my crack spread after making the appointment (not their fault) but it would have been nice to be informed to call them if it began to spread. THEN I spent three hours in the shop just for the workers to install a new windshield that had two cracks in it. They said they needed to replace it again so I asked if it could be done at my house (which a worker had already visited). I rearranged my schedule entirely, with owning a business that is no easy task being the only worker at my company, just for a worker to come here for 5 minutes and tell me that my garage is too small (after someone was already here and they were aware of a one car garage). There is a huge lack of communication or their system doesn’t allow for customer notes where time and a lack of patience would have been saved. Not one apology for wasting my time on now multiple days. I called the main number and had a talk with a lovely lady who had the manager, Justin, call me. Justin had no interest in making me a happy client besides rescheduling my appointment and refused a discount for my lost hours of work because “I paid through insurance.” When I said I was going to leave a review I was told “do what you gotta do with that.” Speaking to him made things clearly as to why customer service is not a priority at this branch.

Updated review not only does the rearview mirror not work anymore as described below but my windsheild washer fluid no longer sprays i have included some pics of missing screws and broken tabs DON'T USE SAFELITE !!!! Replaced my front windshield on Mercedes E350 the next day I noticed the compass on the rearview mirror no longer worked and contacted them immediately. It had been working for 6 years previous to that day, They sent someone out who told me it was nothing they did. That I could bring it to the Mercedes dealer get it fixed and if they determined it was Safelite's fault they would reimburse me. Hmmm how does the dealer know it was Safelite's fault ? I will never see that money. I recommend you go with a company that takes responsibility for their actions. I had to show our technician how to replace the windshield wipers on my car and he is supposed to know how to take the windshield out and replace with no issues.

They advertise afterpay services. I needed that service. They blamed the platform when it's on thier page. I went through over a week trying to use the after pay. Safelite only blamed after pay and took no blame for then advertising it on thier page, they told me in customer service they were deciding whether or not to continue using them. None of this had anything to do with me. Nobody made it right. The after pay option was working for hundreds of stores except safelite. I was in email, text bots, customer service with cash app, after pay and safelite for 1 week with no resolution. To this day. No resolution or apology and as a single parent that option is why I chose safelite. My tech was great. No issues there.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my customer service experience with Bob (Robert) at the Warren location. In short, he did a great job. Courteous, timely, knowledgable, and personable. During his installation you could tell how passionate he was about his work. In today's time, that's a rarity. Even after dealing with the horrific event of my vehicle being vandalized, for that hour--I started to rebuild my trust in humanity. haha. I know people usually spend time reporting the negative stuff, but I wanted to make sure that I highlight this Bob for a job well done!

In January I needed to get my windshield replaced as it had a bad crack. Safelite did the replacement and failed to put the windshield cowl back in place properly. I would have never noticed the mistake until I got a new chip that needed to be filled. Thankfully the person I used to fill the chip alerted me of the issue and fixed safelites mistake. With how much they charge, I as a customer should have peace of mind that they put everything back correctly and did the proper job. Especially after they do a test drive to check for issues.

Technician was kind and efficient. A+ job... if only this kind of service and professionalism was available at other businesses we frequent. Life would seem normal again. I have worked in customer service for many years of my adult life and although I don't believe the consumer is always right.... I do believe they should be treated with respect and offered kindness for choosing your business. This technician check all the boxes for safelite. So happy with my windshield 😊👍🏼👏🏼

Happy I went with safelite. Robert was a great tech. He worked quick and at the same time was able to hold an intellectual conversation which made the process seem to go by even faster. He was very knowledgeable and experienced with the job/work. Time had went by so quick from conversation, it was as if I knew the guy for years. Before i knew it, he was done with the installation. Robert is definitely a 10/10 tech!!

My wife and I both drove out of our garage with the back hatch up so we had 2 opportunities to use safelite. (Not proud moments🤣) The second time, they were able to come to our house and we were so glad. I scheduled everything online which was a breeze. Our technician Corban was awesome from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. Thank you for a great experience!

First appointment tech no called no showed. Second appointment went well but the tech never put screws in the console on the ceiling and left it hanging with screw rattling around as it bounced. Windshield looks good and seems good. Just disappointed in the customer service and the lack of finishing the job. For what was paid i expected everything to be put back together by them not me.

I had to reschedule my appointment due to poor weather conditions and they were more than helpful and understanding and got me right in at the exact time I needed. The actual installation process went super fast a lot faster than I expected with amazing results and the technician was very very nice and polite and did a great job on the windshield! I highly recommend this location!
