Red's Auto Glass

I couldn’t be happier with the fast and friendly service I received yesterday. I am a truck driver and needed my rather large windshield replaced ASAP to get home to my family. My company called around to all the shops in the area and Red’s was the only one that was able to do it. When I got there, they said they actually have this windshield in stock! I told them I was from Canada, and needed to get home to my family. They got me out of there in 90 minutes. This kind of fast friendly service is quite rare These days, most companies would’ve told me to wait , which would have held me up for another day. Thank you. Red’s auto glass for doing such a great job. They even cleaned up the bits of shattered glass inside my truck.

If there was an option for zero stars I'd choose that. Frank is extremely unprofessional. I called reds spoke to a nice secretary who helped me acquire a quote and when I went to get the work done Frank got on the phone and would not honor the same quote they gave me then proceeds to hang up on me. Go anywhere else but here, very rude. I was hoping to work together quite frequently, I get 2-3 windshields a month that I've been replacing myself. This time instead of doing it myself I wanted to find someone to work with locally and ended up being screwed so now just another one I have to do myself. What a shame of unprofessionalism in this world.

If safe light won’t “touch it”, bring your car on over to reds! They were very friendly and super helpful. After I was very rudely talked to by safe light I was recommended to check with reds they were $30 cheaper and got it done the next day after coming in to have them look at it! This Red's Auto Glass place is wonderful. They have been in business it seems like 100 years & I've always been a happy customer. Had a new Windshield installed on a Cadillac & I was worried, but they made me feel at ease & everyyhing went fine. Don't go anywhere else for your glass needs. Red's will get the job done for you, the girls that work there are terrific. You can count on Red's. It's worth the trip.

These people pulled a big piece of the paint off of my roof when I had my windshield replaced and then had the nerve to tell me it was my fault because the paint was bad on my van. They refused to pay anything on the repair, I had to go through my insurance to get it fixed. I wouldn't use them if they were the last place on earth. Horrible service and the manager was the worst. Avoid at all costs.

Great customer service. Trust worthy company. On my Ford Escape a factory default had a windshield crack. This company was very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was very competitive and the price matched another company. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Will only deal with Reds from here on out. Thanks The Warner Family

Asked about a part for a window regulator. Was told the part “doesn’t exist” and that I’d have to order an entire new regulator. A simple google search after learning what the part was called determined that was a lie. I don’t do business with people who lie. Place is amazing 2nd time I have used them was shaken by window being busted and was anxious nervous unsettled, when they picked me up next day to get my car back Frank was amazing, when I thanked the office help and apologized for behaviour day before they said comforting words. Truly both times great experience.
