Red's Auto Glass

3 weeks later and I still have no glass for my mother in law's curio cabinet. So much for her Easter gift. Wondering if it will be done by mother's day now...

They fixed my windshield.

What a wonderful group of people at Red's Auto Glass! I called the Howland office and she treated me like family. Her uncle was Red. They are so friendly. I called to get my windshield replaced. She checked a few different carriers to get me the best price. The next day they picked up my car and had it back to me a few hours later looking amazing. They actually put a new mirror on since mine had been glued on and no extra charge. We have used Red's before to repair screens and fix old windows. Always a great experience! Such friendly staff. I think I would’ve been done in under an hour if I hadn’t talked with the worker so much - but she was so friendly and personable! It made the experience way better than just sitting and keeping to myself.

The lady that answered the phone was more than rude, she was down right horrible. Definitely some profiling going on here. If you spend your money here your a fool. Seriously, pay more for better service..The has to stop...

My windshield was in stock and I was able to have my cracked windshield replaced the next day. Price was less than I expected. Therefore I did not shop around. Promptness and price is a good combination.
