Had windshield replaced last week on a 6 month old car. Afterwards, started hearing a whistling sound. Took the car back and was told by tech that it is normal (which it is not because the car is practically brand new and this noise was not present previously). He did not even take the car back for official pressure testing. I also noticed some of the plastic brackets along the side of the windshield were not properly placed. I later took my car to the dealer who agreed this noise is new. I called my insurance company who connected me to Safelite corporate office. Their representative agreed that the noise might be due to improper seal. She booked me an appt with the manager to do a test drive. She discussed with the shop and manager about schedule. A few hours later, I received a call that the manager now has a meeting and cannot meet me at the scheduled time and I have to reschedule. She was also rude and stated that all this is because I am not "satisfied." Overall, very unprofessional. It was my first and last time using Safelite and will not be bringing my car back to this establishment.

Thanks for the Hole in My Car, Safelite What a top-tier experience. I took time off work so Safelite could come replace my windshield at home. They showed up, removed the old one, and then—in a shocking plot twist—told me they couldn’t install the new one because of a small rust spot near the roof. Apparently, that’s a no-go. No one mentioned this beforehand, there’s no waiver to sign, no paperwork, no heads-up—just a shrug and “sorry, can’t help.” So now I’ve got a gaping hole where my windshield used to be, no plan, no support, and a storm on the way. Awesome. Luckily for me, I happen to work on cars, so I managed to install the overpriced glass they sold me myself. But if you're not mechanically inclined? Good luck, I guess. Hope you enjoy tarping your dashboard in the rain or calling around last-minute for body shops. Safelite’s customer service model seems to be: make it your problem. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. No wonder people sue them all the time for insurance fraud Mobile gl-ASS shop..

Had my windshield replaced on my car. I waited at the business for three hours for them to complete it and when they came to get me the installer said I had to come back another day because they put the wrong glass in the car and it could not calibrate it. They also broke the cover (inside car) that covers the electronics for the safety features and said it would be one day before they could get a new one. I’ve waited a week so far and when I inquired about it they said it will come in when it comes in. Not very pleased with the quality of workmanship or communication by them to keep me informed of what’s happening. I had to drive a week with my instrument panel showing errors. Couldn’t even see how much gas I has in the car.

I don't normally write reviews, however this experience prompted one. I've been driving for over 20 years and never had to have a windshield replacement. This required very little work on my end and was simply a stress free process. The technician should be considered a valued employee. This gentleman in my honest opinion made the entire experience. I wish I could remember his name. He was prompt, communication was spot on, and he answered all of my questions. I was left with a brand new windshield and again had zero issues along the way. I hope anyone that uses this location will get lucky and be able to work with the tech that I had!

I chose Safelite to come to my home Saturday and replace my windshield! From start to finish the process was fast, and accurate. When asked if I wanted to come to the shop would I have a ride home it would take 2-3 hours, I did not. The Customer service lady said oh no we will come to your home- that alone is the best customer service ever! She gave me the appt I wanted also!! 10/10 Robert the technician who did my window was amazing, polite and educational and answered all the questions when asked! He did a wonderful job! 10 /10 LOVE YAL I WILL CALL EVERY-TIME!

The work was done and I am happy with the results. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The scheduling to exchange my tesla windshield was very difficult and the price kept changing everytime it was re-scheduled. Initially I was to pay for it myself, but after the price increased from around 500$ to 1350$ I decided to make a claim with my insurance. Once again, very difficult to make the change and even then, when I arrived the receptionist had to help, thank you!.

Awful customer service. We brought my car in to get looked at because our A Pillar broke in half driving down the road on a windy day. After they looked at the vehicle we were told it was under warranty and the part was order and an appt was scheduled for the next day. When we got there Shawn denied us service and told us we did this ourselves. He was talking over me the whole time and was absolutely the rudest manager I've ever dealt with. Reynold Road location.

A big rock hit and cracked my windshield just days before Christmas. I was beginning to resign myself to the possibility that I wouldn’t be able to drive the long distance to my family for the holiday. But due to Safelite’s holiday hours, and Hunter’s professionalism, thoroughness, and timeliness, Christmas was saved! This wasn’t the first time we’ve needed their help, and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Grateful for Safelite, as always! Five stars and beyond!

I remember hearing the jingle on the commercial, probably dozens of times, never really thinking much of it, but then when my insurance company recommended it to me snd I needed my windshield repaired, it seemed like as good a time as any to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. They did excellent work at reasonable price and while I hope I never need to use them again, I know I will be in good hands if I have to.

Easy to book online, and quick service. Exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a way to get my windshield replaced, but I still needed my car to get to work. They came out to my work and did the job in the parking lot, quickly and professionally. Updates though text kept me informed of any change in status, while in person updates before and after the job were also appreciated.
