Best Auto Glass

I was relying on all the positive reviews for Best Auto Glass in my expectations for a superior experience and that is exactly what I received! I have a 2001 Mercedes C320 and my glass replacement was handled with expertise, care and efficiency. The windshield has a light and rain sensor which required extra attention to detail both in procuring and installing the replacement. My car's interior color is "java" and the A-pillars and headliner are a very light beige color, I hesitated to go anywhere but a dealership, fearing the interior could be ruined with smeared adhesive. My concerns were unmerited as I found my interior surfaces spotless, cleaner than when I'd arrived! I am not only pleased with my new windshield but learned some things about glass replacement from Michael and Jeremy in the process. They have superior skills, knowledge and the right tools to perform as true professionals. Customer service is very important to their business. I will call them with future needs and refer any friends to them without hesitation.

Highly recommend! I had a tree crash down infront of my truck, and was unable to avoid it, and cracked my windshield. I called Best Auto Glass looking to have it repaired. At first I thought I would have to wait until Monday. But after 20-30 minutes I got a call back saying my glass was in stock, and I could bring the truck over today for install! With in 2 hours of dropping the truck off, it was completed and I was back on the road! I highly recommend and will use in the future for all auto glass repairs! They also informed that past owner had the glass replaced and it was the wrong style windshield! Honesty and great fair price! Also locally owned and operated!!

I was in need of a quick repair of a large crack in my windshield. Being that I called on a weekend I didn't think I would be able to be seen until the following week. They went out of their way to squeeze me into their schedule and offered to be there the same day I called. They also offered to come out on Sunday or Monday if that didn't work for me. They came to my house (which was a considerable distance from their location) and quickly replaced my windshield. They were very polite and answered all of my questions. Their attention to detail was amazing. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond my expectations.

Dude was on top of it 08 grand marquis I got an appointment at 9am got here anout a half hour early he had me come right into the bay and got to work they care about their customers had phone chargers in waiting area loved the car bench seat it made me smile. Was clean they had water cooler. And hand sanitizer if you were worried. They did great work. I had some rear auto glass break, on Memorial Day weekend. Not only was Best Auto Glass the only place that had the glass in-stock, and he kept the shop open to replace the glass. I waited a few weeks to write the review to make sure there were no problems. There are no leaks or other problems. He took the time to make sure all the glass was out of the frame and I haven't noticed any rattles. Price is a little above average - but there are no problems and he stayed open on a holiday weekend. I would recommend Best Auto Glass.

Fantastic service all around. They fit me in their schedule immediately the same day. Hospitality beyond compare. Jeremy did a great job especially since the last replacement used the silicone creating the reoccurring leak issue. He even removed and re-adhering my registration sticker, saving me a trip to the DMV. Thank you so much! Best service and prices. So grateful a friend suggested them when hearing I had an appointment with another glass company. I highly recommend them and will return for any auto glass needs.

My girlfriends car window was smashed on a rainy Sunday, this was the only shop to answer the phone and the owner was nice enough to meet me at the shop to let me store the car inside over night, for no extra cost. He also called the insurance company right away to expedite the process for in the morning. Got a phone call from him before noon the next day saying the car was done. He even vacuumed the broken glass out for us. Definitely recommend this place and will return if I ever need his services again!

Phenomenal Service! Michael (the owner) made sure I knew the difference of repairing / sealing the rock chip on my windshield or replacing the whole windshield. He also helped me through the insurance process as well. The repair took less than 30 minutes and the chip is barely noticeable. I would recommend all of my friends and family who need windshield repair or replacement to go to Best Auto Glass. If you are in need of auto glass repair or replacement, I would hands down recommend Best Auto Glass.

Took my car here to have my windshield replaced. I was very impressed that they were able to get me in the next day after my windshield was damaged. Safelite Auto Glass was four days out for appointments. Best Auto Glass took less than an hour to replace the windshield. The staff was friendly and professional. They also found some sort of nest in the intake when they had the hood up on my car and removed it. Went above and beyond. I also like that I was supporting a local business. Thank you!
