Chip's Auto Glass

I woke up this morning to my back windshield being smashed in and called and spoke to Jenna the first time who was super helpful, nice and fast to get me a quote price on a rear windshield replacement and was understanding when i let her know i was shopping around for pricing. The 3-4 other places i called were mostly relatively close in price (1 immensely more) so I called back to Chip's to confirm the quote and schedule an appointment for someone to come out to my car. I don't remember the second lady's name, but she was also super helpful and nice when pulling up my information that Jenna saved and was able to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. I'll follow-up tomorrow, 4/24, but I have no worries that the replacement will go smoothly and at a relatively comfortable price for a rear windshield replacement. Update: I received a call when they said i would this morning with a time to expect them to come by and a call when they were about 10 minutes away. Tyler and Jeffrey explained everything real well, cleaned up my broken glass and replaced my windshield in a very timely manner with care and respect. After payment they walked me through some warranty things like the rear window heater and even though i probably won't confirm if that's working until winter when it frosts up again, it will still be under warranty. TL;DR: I've had a very excellent experience with Chip's Auto Glass after waking up to my back windshield being broken from the excellent customer service on the quote and scheduling to quick and seamless replacement and great communication. The price was very competitive with those i shopped around for and i could tell they wanted my business and wanted me to have a good customer experience. Thank you!

Chip's Auto Glass went to my place of employment and was professional and courteous. Limited time was taken from my work day and is much appreciated. My remote start wasn't adhered effectively and was dangling from wind shield after installation. I went to shop and two attendants were courteous and helpful and reattached remote start. Those next 2 weeks my rear view mirror would distract my driving and shake when I drove above 45mph. I took car back again 2 weeks later and two attendants were again very friendly and both went to car to reattach rear view window. Everything works now as it did before replacement. I have used Chip's for a couple of previous vehicles for rock strike cracks, and the service and price have always been great. But yesterday took it to another level. I was returning home from a lengthy road trip, and suffered two small windshield chips from rock strikes on the return home. I pulled in on my way home to have them look at the cracks and let me know if they could be repaired. I was not anticipating having them fixed on the spot, but that's exactly what they did. And they did it in a time it took me to eat an express lunch. The service is that good and that fast. They are very efficient, and very professional. I don't even bother to look for other providers.

The services my vehicle required, unclogging my panoramic sunroof drainage tubed, I tried calling several other places including a body shop, who all refused to look at my vehicle, stating, it's a dealer issue. I called Chips and without hesitation they said bring your vehicle in and we will check the tubing and unclog at the same time. I received professional service and to my surprise it didn't take long to unclog all 4 drainage tubing. They instructed me that should I see any water bring it back and they will correct the problem. Chip's called in less than 24 hours after I submitted a claim for my windshield through insurance. It was easy to set up an appointment, and they sent appointment reminders via text. The appointment is within a 4-hour time frame, but the technician will call when they are headed your way to give you a better time estimate. Tyler was professional and courteous and replaced the windshield in about an hour. After installation, he noticed there was an issue with the windshield and scheduled another replacement within the week, and this also went smoothly. My car was broken into at work which left me scrambling to get my window fixed ASAP. After looking around, I found that Chip’s had the best price as well as being able to get me taken care of the quickest. My technician, Tyler, called when he was headed my way and when he got there, he explained everything to me. Being able to pay upfront and give him my keys while I went back to my son was super helpful. He got the job done quickly. My car looks much better again and now I have some peace of mind back. Best Glass Team around! I submitted my issue through insurance, had a call from Chip's within minutes, and an appointment booked a few minutes beyond that. As always, the team was friendly and thorough in their work as well as in the explanations of what they found and did. They had my new windshield on-site for my appointment, so I was in and out in no time. I decided to unpair my phone while they worked on my car and then couldn't reconnect it. They went above and beyond to help me get it working before I left the lot!

Nolan was the guy who helped me on the phone. I had called 2 other places, but after talking with Nolan I knew I was using Chips service. He assured me of the quality of service and products used. He was very educated on different quotes and services. 5 star all the way from the initial phone call, to the service guy Shawn who put in the windshield. First time in a long time that I had to have a windshield replaced. Went through my insurance for the replacement; originally I gone with an (un-named) competitor, but backed out of that when I found out there was no-one live to talk to. Chip's was the exact opposite; called their number and spoke to a very nice employee who walked me through the steps of filing with my insurance and answered all of my dumb questions. Chip's did a fantastic job on a very difficult and not common windshield replacement.

I needed my windshield repaired and I found Chips Auto Glass on Google. They already had great reviews so I knew I could trust them. I like it that it's family owned. They came out within 2 days of when my windshield was damaged by a rock. They had great communication and their prices were better than Safelite and they worked with my insurance. My windshield looks great and they have the lifetime warranty if I have any problems. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!
