I took my brand new jeep compass to have the windows tinted. The drivers side window had almost an inch from the top that wasn't covered and a chunk missing on the edge. When we returned to have them look at it, their response was "well you can't see it when the window is up!" The customer service was awful, they were snarky because we didn't like the poor job they did. Seriously???? They removed the tint and refunded my money.. HUGE waste of time and a terrible job. ADDITION: The reason it was at no cost is because the money was refunded due to a poor job. As far as tint not going to the edge of the window... my blazer has tinted windows that were done at a different shop in Toledo. There are NO gaps or chunks missing and it covers the windows completely. They have stayed perfect and beautiful for years. I stand by my statement of poor job, poor attitude and poor customer service!

Yesterday my windshield cracked and I was devastated. My grandparents were kind enough to call Sonic Glass where they spoke with a nice guy named Chris that gave us a great price on a repair and replacement. They got me in quick! This morning I went in for them to look at it and was greated by Hue and then Brian. Hue looked at my windshield and let me know the crack was bad (which I knew) and the windshield would have to be totally replaced, then he ordered the glass and told me to be back and 2. I dropped it off and my 3:30, it was done! Looks amazing and the price was almost half of what I was expecting. I am so relieved and so happy! Thank you to the entire team for being kind when I was really having a hard time. I'll definitely recommend to any and every person I can 😇

Called this place early in the morning, they were able to get me in the same day , other places were days away for an appointment. The gentleman even tried to get me in earlier that day and couldn't , no big deal but he did double check for me .Needed my window fixed asap . They were $100 cheaper than anyone else got most of all the glass cleaned up out of my car and window in in less than an hour . When I got there they had said they made a mistake and didnt have my window the gentleman went back out to their stock again and said we have 1! Awesome service and professional. TRUCKERS IF YOU ARE READING THIS CALL THEM!!! I was all the way in Ann Arbor Michigan and a TA manger told me these guys were the best and had the best prices. Safelite was trying to charge me outrageous prices and they wanted me to wait for an appointment a week away. I call these guys enroute to my delivery which passed through Toledo . I stopped at a pilot and their tech came out and replaced my passenger slit windshield on my Freightliner cascadia in the parking lot in like 30mins for an insanely reasonable price!! Called and scheduled for windshield replacement on two vehicles. I was able to scheduled for the next day. The windshield they got in for one of my vehicles had minor scratches on it. Rather than trying to make it work, they ordered another one that came in a couple hours later. Sonic was honest and up front about it. They replaced the windshield on my other vehicle in an hour (just like they said they would). I decided to leave the first vehicle there and it was done a couple hours later. I am very happy with there work. They both came out looking great.

IF YOU NEED GLASS WORK, LOOK NO FURTHER. 10/10 on service, price, and customer service. They got my 98Prelude in and out fast, and a lot cheaper then the chain stores. I waited a week to test the seal on the windshield. Rain, snow, and single digit temperatures, it is still flawless. The staff is friendly,helpful, and HONEST. The work was fast, less expensive, and Quality workmanship. They even gave me a wakeup call because I work third shift lol

Very fast and professional. Some punks busted out my side window while trying to steal my Range Rover - they were unsuccessful, thank goodness. After doing some online browsing I noticed all the positive customer feedback and decided to gave Sonic a call. Needless to say, their price was amazing and their mobile service was super fast. Super happy with my experience with Sonic Auto Glass, highly recommend Chris. Chris was great, he fixed my windshield on my Wrangler in less then 24 hours of me calling. He was extremely affordable and worked around my crazy schedule. My windshield looks wonderful and my Wrangler is fixed and ready to head out of town this weekend. So happy with Sonic Auto Glass. My windshield was cracked the day before a holiday. I called them, they ordered my replacement, and I was able to go in and get my vehicle fixed.
