Weeks trying to get them to come give us an estimate. Said they have called me multiple times, and that is not correct. They called us last week, and unable to answer the phone. I called them back, exactly one hour today the minute, back. Theybtold me that they could not come back that day, but I would get a call back the next day. Never got a call. Called them today, the manager got on the line, lied and yelled at me. Stated that they call on the day to come do measurements 99% of the time with people, how could they have been in business that long acting like this. This is not the first time we could not get them to come over. We had to go with a much more professional group down that road were we has about a dozen windows put in. Maybe it was more expensive, but it was worth not dealing with them. That is who came to give me an estimate previously when I thought it was this company. Martin's mobile glass repair was fast and easy. We had a huge crack in our windshield that ran all the way across horizontally. We knew it would need to be completely replaced, so we contacted our insurance agent and she sent a fax right over to Martin's. Within 2 hours Martin's gave me a call and scheduled me for the next day. They picked up my vehicle, brought it to their shop and returned it within an hour and a half. They were fast, kind and convenient. Plus I love supporting small businesses in the area. Thanks, Martin's! We will definitely recommend you to others!

Took my Jeep in to get windshield replaced after stupid me was hauling tposts and they went through the windshield. It also broke my little speaker on my dash. I could not get to the screw to get the speaker back in place because the windshield was in the way. I forgot to ask them if they could fix when the windshield was out. When I picked it up they had just fixed it! It was a simple, easy fix but most places these days won't go that little extra, let alone even pay enough attention to see that. I really appreciate it and will use them again!

TERRIBLE! Do not go here! They put the wrong window in my car and had to go back a second time and they took forever and left my car Disgusting and broken clips where they removed the plastic to replace the window. Very unprofessional! The employees were so rude I couldn’t believe it. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. If you do go there be prepared to get your car back covered in grease and sweat and broken plastic by your wiper arms. Called got me in next day. Called around 3pm saying the window needed a new regulator. Decided to go get the car and see for ourselves. Still had to pay $70 for their time so we decided to ask to sell the window also. Got home ripped it apart and seen the wire wasn't connected. They didn't take the time to check it. Easy fix. They wanted us to wait 4 days for a new regulator. Smh..NegativeQuality, Value

Great customer service. The windshield that was ordered for my car was damaged during transit to their shop, so they expedited another. Jessie kept me informed through the entire process - great communicator! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Perfect work and the nicest people to deal with. Oh and they called the insurance company for me and worked out the details with them (a major plus).

I needed a windshield replaced on my daughter’s car due to a large crack. Originally, I had scheduled with Safelite. The wait was gonna be a week and the cost $440. I didn’t want to wait that long, so I called Martin’s. THEY WERE WONDERFUL! Super friendly. Got me in with very little wait time. And the cost was under 300! I had a great experience with them and would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately 5 stars is just not enough for this place they were very kind, curtious and welcoming, from the first call and providing me with all of the information required, as well as understanding that my vehicle is a track car and has a special way to start it, but in the end they understood and took notes of the information and had me back my car within a day !

Needed to get my windshield replaced and called Martins Mobile Glass. The girl in the office was very helpful and even helped file my claim with my insurance company. I called on a Monday and they were able to install it 2 days later on Wednesday! My appointment was 9:30 am and my new windshield was installed before 11:00! I’m very happy I called them!

handled windshield claim great and did windshield early and fast. WORD OF CAUTION: was told my car was "bone dry" of oil and and oil all over inside of hood. I had Rhino Lining put oil power under coating to my car (black power under hood not oil) and my car was only less then 1 quart low on oil.ServicesAuto windshield repair
