Kelly's Auto Glass

It's rare to find a company that provide's the level of high quality customer service that Kelly's Auto Glass does. When I woke up to find my rear window completely shattered on Saturday morning, Randy allowed me to bring my car in on Sunday morning and had me on my way in 30 minutes. When he noticed my daughter's car seat in the back, he took the liberty to vacuum my car out in case any glass had made it's way into the seat or somewhere she may get into it. Randy took an unpleasant, unexpected experience and made it quick and easy to resolve.

Horrible customer service!! He initially gave me a quote to replace my glass, came to my job to replace it and then says I needed a regulator changed and would be an extra $400 charge to replace. I asked around and everyone stated since my car window would go up and down and did not make any noises while doing so, chances were that the regulator was NOT broken. I told him about this and if he wouldn’t mind showing me the broken regulator when he came to replace it and he decided to be rude about it and that he would not be replacing it anymore. Went to another glass replacement place and they NEVER mentioned anything else being broken or needing replaced other than my window. Turns out he was probably just trying to rip me off because I am A WOMEN and thought I would just give him the money since I don’t know about these things!! Just sick that someone would try and take advantage of others!

I lost one of my car windows to the set of storms. Randy not only tried to help me find a discount on the glass because it's a 2025 but he offered to come out and install it after we got the glass. I received the glass today and he was out today after working us in due to our work schedules. He didn't have to get to me same day! He was more than helpful, quick at replacing it, they cleaned up the glass and the price couldn't be beat. I hope I never need him again lol but I more than recommend. If there's a negative review here then you need to wonder what they did or expected because Randy and his coworker were simply amazing! Thank you guys!

Called late evening (probably around 8 pm) on a Monday. I honestly expected to leave a message and wait for a return call. Nope - I was warmly greeted and asked how he could help. I was afraid with current supply chain issues everywhere I'd be told it would be weeks/months before they could even get my rear windshield in. Keep in mind this is late Monday night - and was told they'd be out Wednesday morning! Sure enough right on time Wednesday there they were! Randy was amazing. He was worth every penny. He did above and beyond on my repair. He fixed my sunroof and even cleaned up the glass that was around my car. Then I had questions about another window problem and he went above and beyond and no questions asked offered to help me fix it. I won't go to another man for window repair work for the rest of my days and will send everyone I know to him.. Thank you for all you did for me. Kelly's Auto Glass did an excellent job for me today. They came to my house and had the whole thing done extremely quickly. They showed up exactly at the estimated time and still even gave a courtesy call before arrival. They made sure to wipe everything down afterwards and left a clean workspace. The 2 guys were very friendly and you could tell they enjoyed what they do. Randy Kelly saved us today after hours… on his time. While on vacation our window broke driving down I 75 Shattered into my grandsons lap Possibly a rock But being scared is an understatement This man right here Went to his home Got some collision plastic and meant us up the road to help us ❤️ Waited for us to clean up the glass Then fixed it for us and gave us the rest of the roll for our trip in case it came off. I highly recommend this company. Quick, affordable, trustworthy are just a few words to describe the service he provides. He even fixed my daughters mirror and didn't charge extra. I was in a bind, had to work and I didn't know what to do. He found the window and came to my house and fixed my daughters window for a very reasonable price. Good people are hard to find these days and this company is the best in the business as fast as I'm concerned. Thank you!

IMPRESSIVE! That's what Randy and his helper were, totally impressive! Back door windows on driver's side was broken out and the forecast was for heavy showers the next day. Within 25 minutes they had all the glass cleaned up and the new windows put in. They even cleaned my driver's windows. I couldn't have asked for better quality or more professional service. Highly recommend these guys.

I called as soon as they opened in the morning and by lunchtime I had a new window installed! I work long days and was worried I would have to arrange av way to drop off and pick up my vehicle but they came to my job site and replaced the window there. They even cleaned up all the broken glass-it was probably cleaner than how I left it! Top-notch!!!!!
