Having to have an incident with an automatic wash and them not wanting to flip the bill for the damages to my car thinking that it was too old. Eric had the best prices in town hands down they're right there is reason enough for me to give him three stars I'll give him the four star for the quality of work I knew windshield looks amazing I am beyond thrilled with the results but the fifth and final star is for his willingness to work with his customers I had initially missed my first appointment with him the other day he was kind enough to let me reschedule that short of notice and still honor the original price I will gladly send anyone his way I wish you all had six stars because I would give them to him.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

My husband and I were SO impressed by Scott at Eric's Auto Glass. We took our Pilot in to have the windshield replaced because of a stray rock shattering part of it. The initial windshield they used had a small scratch and Scott noticed it right after they finished the install. He called to apologize for the mistake and rescheduled the install. Here's the thing... It was barely noticeable, and he was completely honest about it. They were so professional and I was so impressed by their integrity! Seriously I can't recommend them more.

My rear windshield was busted out of my car overnight. I called around and Eric’s gave the best quote so I took my car there. He was so helpful and friendly. Eric’s is a first class operation. They helped me out with our camper that has a windshield, which was cracked. We dropped the camper off along with the windshield and Eric and his team jumped on the replacement right away. Called Eric for a windshield repair, he got me in a couple days later and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Eric and his team are excellent and highly professional. Shops like this are rare these days. They have done glass work on 3 of my cars now - a 4Runner, a classic Infiniti, and a classic Lotus - all done perfectly and caring for the cars as their own. Eric and his team are fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable and personable...a tough combo to find these days. I've had two windshields replaced on two different vehicles and both experiences were excellent. Hopefully no more broken windshields, but if it happens, I'll continue to drive 30 minutes to work with Eric and team.

Got an unfortunate chip in my glass from a gravel truck traveling on a family get away to Michigan. The day I got back, Eric was able to get me in Same Day to fill the crack and in and out in under 30 minutes once I got there, even pulled my car up to the door for me when they were done! Thanks Guys
