Senneco Auto Glass

Five stars isn’t enough for Senneco Auto Glass! I have a 1970 Chevy C10, and finding someone to replace the leaking front windshield was like searching for a unicorn. When I called Senneco, they were incredibly kind and immediately said they’d love to help. I brought the truck in and met Dave, who was just the best—so friendly, patient, and happy to walk me through the process step by step. Senneco wasn’t able to source the exact glass I wanted (I’m a little picky when it comes to my truck), so I went on a months-long hunt to find it myself. Brought in what I thought was the right glass—nope. Total fail. Came back later with the correct one, and Dave got it installed fast. What really stood out throughout this whole saga is how respectful and kind Dave was every single time I showed up (which was at least four visits). As a woman, I’m no stranger to being talked down to in auto shops, but I never once felt that here. Dave treated me like a valued customer and a fellow enthusiast, and that meant the world to me. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you, Senneco—and especially Dave—for making a stressful project such a positive experience. I’ll be back next time I need anything glass-related!

This is the third time I have come here over the past 10 years. First of all, let just say their prices are very fair. Much better than Safelite. Secondly, I took my car in today and it turned out the window frame was all rusted underneath. This is why it cracked in the first place. Normally most places would not continue with a windshield replacement because of this issue and send you to a body repair place but these guys really went above and beyond to repair the rust to prep it for the new windshield. Nor did he charge me extra for the labor. No doubt these guys really helped me out and did a really fine job. Thank goodness I went here first. Safe time and money and pick this place. I was able to wait while they did it and they took my appt the next day. 5 stars all the way! Thanks again for hooking me up.

Previous review taken down. We used Senneco successfully at least two times. Sent our daughter, windshield was replaced, no problems and then shortly after bubbles appeared in faulty glass .When notified, they would do nothing. You can't even see out of that windshield it was so bad. They did not work with our daughter to help with glass warranty and replacement. You lost all our business which is 5 cars and multiple trucks with our company. We had to pay their competitor to replace it and he was shocked by the condition of the glass. Terrible... they were dead and I wanted a windshield chip repair the kit to do it my self was 12.00 ... when you catch a guy doing windshields at a car lot they usually will fill it for 20 to 25 bucks cash ... I was at there store and senneco wanted 65 bucks how can they justify that and stay in business? They turned me away I'm not paying that.... I can't believe they would rip a cash paying customer off like that! Especially in this economy where every job counts! I can understand charging an insurance company that but not a walk up cash customer.... steer clear of this place ... they are a total rip off!!!!

I had glass replaced in the rear of my Ford F150, one week later the glass shattered. It cost $800 from them. ITwo weeks later I went to Ford dealership and had it replaced properly for $560. I was told by Ford that thus company used faulty parts. Never use them. Buyer beware. They would not refund me the money or repair it!!

I highly recommend this place! The service was exceptional, very friendly staff, the job was done within 20 min with a reasonable price! You can tell the team that works here truly cares about what they do because they did amazing job and they were all so friendly! This is where I will go again if needed!

Speedy, friendly service and the price was great. I had to replace a side window in my car, they got me in that day and had me in and out in under an hour for less than half the price of other companies.
