I got a windshield to my car installed a couple years ago. The fitting all the way around start coming undone and flapping in the wind on the highway. They blame this on how the windshield can 'pre-glued'. Regardless, they then they 'fixed' it for no cost, however they didn't fix it. They actually didn't even take the time to glue it all down. Literally didn't fix what I came to get fixed (using their own glue this time, what a joke). As a result of this shotty work I have rain water flooding into my car probably running the interior. Now they are replacing the whole windshield for whatever reason, and have no idea why this happened because 'they have been doing it for 30 years, but somehow don't know how to install a simple windshield. I'll change my review if my experience improves but this is more head ache for simple service than I wanted already..

I had a driver side window replaced after some kids went and vandalized cars in our apt complex. They are so friendly and professional, and they also fixed it next day. They replaced it in an hour time. I also had my windshield replaced recently on another vehicle and it literally only took them 45 mins! They are very fast, efficient and always do a great job. Susan is so sweet and friendly when I call to get an appointment and they get me in asap which is always great! The staff are always smiling and professional. I will always use this company for my future repairs, and they also do tinted windows which I will be scheduling for future. Thank you, Auto Glass! I appreciate your business!

This business does great work at a great price, but perhaps the best thing about them is their incredible customer service. Staff is always extremely friendly, and they make it clear your business is important to them by being very flexible with hours and pickup/drop-off. My schedule is very tight with school and work, but I work at a gas station about a minute up the road. AGS came in to get my key, replaced my windshield, and returned my car/key in probably 30 minutes to an hour while I was at work. Ultimate convenience. Can't say enough good things about AGS. I absolutely will not go anywhere else for autoglass repair; I'm a customer for life.

My landlord contacted AGS to fix my broken kitchen window which is double-paned. John and Chad came out and fixed it quickly, efficiently, and went above and beyond to clean up after themselves and leave a *decades old* window looking bran new. I was worried the style and age of the window would make it impossible to open and close it, calling for a replacement, but it works like new. They did not try to sell me on a new window or push services that I didn't need. I was left with the impression that they know their stuff and take pride in what they do. Would definitely hire this business again!

Just got off the phone with the lady that works the office. She was extremely rude to me when I simply asked what a typical price of getting a standard single panel window fixed ( about 30x30 ) and she got frusterated and said “are you done yet?” And then hung up on me . If I could give no stars, that’s what I would rate this customer service. Treat customers well, be polite, and answer questions clearly. NEVER coming back again .

I had an amazing experience with this shop. They care about their customers and they take the time to find the best options out there to work with your needs. The effort they put out was very impressive and above my expectations. The shop office was very welcoming, staff was very helpful, time efficient (2 windows done under 1 hour) and the cheapest price in a 20 mile radius. No other shop can top them! Thank you!

Tried for over a week to get someone from this company to call me about a shower door quote. A woman took my name and number twice and told me that the gentleman who does shower doors schedules his own appointments and would be calling me back. Since I didn’t hear anything after repeated inquiries, I gladly went with another company who gave me a great price and came out to measure for the door in a timely manner.

I had the best experience with this company. After requesting an online quote on Saturday, they responded very quickly on Monday morning. They fit me in that very same day and had my car done within two hours. The receptionist was so very kind and even texted me when my car was done because I was in class. The building was very clean, well kept, and welcoming. Thank you for your great service and accommodations!

The BEST auto glass repair/replacement company in all of Northeast Ohio! Fast, easy, efficient. If you need a new windshield you'd be a fool to not go through AGS. The lady at the front desk made the whole process so easy. Can't say enough how amazing this business is. I also didn't have a ride back to my house so she even got one of the workers to drop me off at home. Now that's customer service!

My windshield had cracked on me althoughout it... I actually never have heard of this company up until now from googling glass repairs... and I will forever come to them if ever needed again, and I will 100% absolutely refer friends and family to this company. They were nice, and quick replacing my windshield. And it’s ALOT cheaper than safe light. Great job guys! Very impressed and satisfied
