Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

Wow just wow 5 stars all around! I got my windshield replaced by Glass America and from beginning to end was smooth and painless. Was not expecting such a great experience because I was going for saving money, well I got both! The rep called to confirm my appointment the day before and she gave me my tech's number. The day of, I had to get to an appointment in the evening so I called my tech and let him know the situation. He was super professional (I think his name was Shane?) And we worked it out if he could come by a certain time to allow the glue to dry I would be ok to drive the truck. He didn't have to but he hustled over and got my windshield replaced in time. It looks great. That was two + weeks ago and the glass cured properly as well, no leaks or noises. I don't want to rate your business 1 star because of a possible disgruntled employee and since one of your bosses reached out makes me pleased and shows you value your customers so for that I wanted to rate you 5 stars. Thank you Mark for taking the time. Not very happy with your service. They came to put my windshield in but said the windshield wiper was stripped and wouldnt come off. Took it to local mechanic said it looks like the the window installer might have done it. So got that fixed immediately they said they would put us on tmws list. Nope didnt do it. 3rd day still no window. I'm still waiting........

I knew I should have just paid the extra $50 and gone with Safelite. It hasn't even been a month and the crack is back and worse than it was before. I should have known how many times the tech told me the possibility of it coming back meant that their work probably wasn't that great and it would probably come back. The work is so shoddy they even offer a warranty to give you money back towards a windshield replacement if the crack comes back. That's a great way to secure forcing someone to get a new windshield with your company after you've done shoddy work. Next time I'll listen to my gut. Definitely will not be using them for the windshield replacement.ServicesAuto windshield repair

I called at 9am to get my front window replaced very nice customer service representative lady. The guy who was replacing my front window called me to reschedule. Due to him having to get his daughter or him cutting his hand the other guy Mark told me he had to reschedule because he cut his hand. Which one is it ? Nonetheless bunch of wasted time ! So, if you would like to save your time and have a good consistency, and not just customer service this company is not the one ! Today is Friday 2/17/23 he wanted to reschedule me Monday ! No fit in. Due to his employer cutting his hand, unsafe skills they have to reschedule my appointment so I canceled. Consistency and a waste of time.

It was expensive. Twice what I'm used to paying and the two technicians they sent out to replace my windshield totally forgot to reinstall my windshield wipers, they were just sitting in place. I found this out when I drove into a bad thunderstorm in the middle of nowhere on the side of the interstate at 2 o'clock in the morning. Trying to figure out how to reinstall windshield wipers in a storm, in the dark with no flashlight because these guys can't do their job correctly. They even charged twice the labor they normally charge so they could have two technicians working on my replacement and still couldn't do the job right??

We are very impressed with this company! When our windshield was being installed, there were a couple of problems including a wiggly Rear view mirror. We talk to the owner of the company, and not only did he completely fix the issue regarding our rearview mirror, he went above and beyond making sure we were compensated for the other air that was made. The staff was very quick and friendly to work with! We would definitely come here for service again in the future!

Really bad experience getting my windshield replaced, they tried to reuse ‘clips’ that hold trim next to the windshield in place, one piece ripped off while driving a week after my windshield was replaced and the second ripped off 1-2 months after. It’s been 5+ phone calls and 3 appointments to get a windshield replaced (and counting). The customer service person was great about correcting their mistakes but this has been ongoing for months.

Quick. Friendly. Efficient. Well priced. My car needed two windows fully replaced after a recent vandalism incident. I called Glass America and they were able to come out to my home and replace my car windows the next day. They were also less expensive than Safelite and able to come out sooner. The tech did a great job. Showed up on time and completed in less than 2 hours. Great experience after a terrible one. Highest recommendation.

I was absolutely satisfied with this company! I had one of my Fleet vehicles broken into through the driver window and I was scrambling to find a shop able to fix it on a WEEKEND. Mike answered, told me in and out in 45 minutes or less. His shop got us in, replaced the window AND cleaned out the shattered glass.. all within that 45 minutes he said! These guys saved us from waiting till Monday and I could not be more thankful!

I was calling around trying to find a reasonable price for a cracked windshield. Long story short I called these guys and they were quick to get someone out to fix my windshield. I had my glass fixed a couple of days ago and Mike was very responsive and detailed on when he should be arriving out. Couldn’t ask for a much better customer service. My windshield looks better now.
