I was given no information regarding the process, and was not told that there is potential for the chip to get larger. If that were the case, I would’ve obviously not taken the risk considering a new windshield would be $1000. The technician came and left and under 15 minutes, he arrived at 1:53 PM and the charge on my card was completed by 2:06 PM. The work was sloppy and turned my pea sized chip into a dime-penny sized crack. He was aggressively drilling my windshield (from my understanding, I know that they have to drill out a little bit of the glass shards but the pressure used in the video I took and the motion of the drill was excessive), then used what seemed to be partially used or old product from his sparse toolbox. He then used his teeth to cut the tape that he then slapped on my windshield and we proceeded with payment. Afterwards, I verified that the warranty of the chip repair was lifetime (meaning it wouldn’t get worse) and the technician stated that the warranty was only for a year, but if it got worse then the cost of the chip repair would go towards a new windshield. That was not what I previously discussed with the client care representative over the phone prior to making my appointment. Following the appointment, I called customer service regarding their refund policy siting the misinformation and the significantly larger chip. I let the client care representative know that the chip started off smaller than a pea and is now larger than a dime. The representative stated that it was a risk when getting a chip repair completed and the technician should have told me that. While I understand that each repair is different, I’ve had several chip repairs done by different companies and the repairs were seamless. The representative the put me on hold, then the line disconnected after 1 minute. I called a second time and explained the same scenario to a different rep, just to be told that I would have to just pay for a new windshield if I didn’t like the work. Inwas quoted a new windshield would be just over $900. The representative told me he would have his manager call me back, then hung up. He did not take any of my contact information nor tell me when his manager would be in contact. It’s been over 24 hours and I’m out $140. Do not book with this company unless you want unprofessional conduct from the technicians and customer service representative with no follow up or accountability. They are dishonest and rush through the process, just to leave your car in a worse condition and misinformation.

I asked for an early appointment because I had something else the same day I needed to leave for. They assured me they would get me as early as possible but promised between 8-12 at the latest. The guy called and because I have 2 toddlers I missed it and called back a few moments later and he said I was too late he was going to have to come after 12 because other people answered faster. I don’t understand not having a few minutes to call back or why they could not just schedule smaller time slots for people. Then we were quoted one price and were told everything was included but yet it was in accurate and the price deducted from our account was more. The windshield looks normal now so he did a good job but the customer service and the experience were not great at all.

The technician that came to my house was professional and it was easy to schedule. When ever I had a question about something it was easy to get a hold of someone to talk to. I also liked that they were able to come out to my house instead going to a shop waiting 3 hours (unlike their competitors). The only thing I did not like was the scheduling hours. They gave me a window of 8 am to 5 pm that someone would show up to replace the window. Now I was able to let them know what I preferred and they stayed close to that. All in all I would refer my friends and family to them.

I received excellent service from AGN after a rock on the highway shattered my passenger side window. There was a delay from my original mobile appointment time, but the entire team was communicative about this and incredibly professional and kind when keeping me updated. Jim provided quick and excellent service when fixing my window (he even vacuumed out all the broken glass from my car!), and the price was extremely fair when comparing to other service providers in the area. Would definitely use them again!

I’m giving it only 4 stars because the text I received said I had a wait window of 8am-12noon but when I called I was told that it was 8am-5pm. That being said they got in touch with Jim, my technician, who gave me a call and came out about 1pm. His customer service was great and he had my window replaced in about an hour even though it started pouring down rain when he began working on it. And the price was great. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Technician was great. On time, respectful efficient. That would be the reason I gave a good tip. Downfall, I'm a car guy. Haven't had time to really go over it til now. Would have loved to have oem glass but they didn't give that option and for the price, well I took the standard. The clips on one side of the cowl is broke where it fastens to the body and my rear view mirror isn't centered. Just look it over before they walk away.

I had a very good experience with making arrangements for replacing my front windshield. There was a one day delay for service, due to a small issue at their shop. They promptly notified me and the next day the installer was at my home at the specified time. It only took one hour and Scott, the installer did a great job. I'd definitely recommend them if anyone needs auto glass replaced.

I had my windshield replaced, but I wasn't home at the time of the installation. My 74 year old mother met with the installation guy. She said he was very polite and well-mannered. She said he did a wonderful job and took pride in his work. I was very pleased with the whole thing and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new windshield.

Super easy to schedule, and they have very flexible arrival windows of morning or afternoon. The technician called me in the morning as promised to confirm, and narrow down my window from “afternoon” to “between 1-3” They showed up on time, and finished it quickly. This is the 3rd time Ive used them, and every time the experience was the same…great!
