Arrived promptly. Took about 2 hours for both the removal/installation of new windshield and test drive/calibration. Professional and explained the process. Very pleased with service.

Second time using Caliber, this time for a windshield replacement. Got me in the next day, came to my house, quick installation, knowledgeable repair person. Will always recommend Caliber!

The techs have done good work. I haven’t had any problems once they finish the job. But the communication with the office was miserable, especially during the 4 month wait on a back order. There were no updates on the back order, calls would always go unreturned. When I finally talked to the GM he explained everything and promised to handle it personally and even gave me his cell number. The only notice I received when my windshield arrived was a text from an unknown number saying “glass is in”. but once I called to see if maybe the text was legitimate and was the windshield what it was about, it was like they had no idea of the arrangements the GM made. I had to reschedule the appointment I made because they didn’t schedule it for the time we had just discussed two days earlier. Then they made me late for work because it took longer and they didn’t let me know that it wasn’t going to be ready until 45 minutes after the time I told them I needed to leave. They did pay for a Lyft ride. Then, they promised to deliver it later that day to work but my wife received a text asking if I needed a ride to pick it up when it was ready. So she passed it on to me and they paid for the Lyft back. Again, no idea of what they had said they would do. Again, the work was fine but they have serious communication issues not only with customers but each other.

My whole experience was great from the coordinator Elizabeth who assured me they had the window I needed and could install it the next day. To the tech Jamie who called to let me know he was on his way and got there when he said he would. He showed me the window he was putting in and installed it in a timely manner and cleaned up the glass that came out of the door and turned the car on and rolled the window up & down to show that it worked. I will recommend Caliber to everyone.

Window was installed properly with no issues. The only issue was the car kick plates and inside were left a mess with dirt. Also there were finger prints all over the top of the car, the fenders and the hood. The car was dropped off clean both inside and out, but not when I came to pick it up.

Jay was awesome and Janinie was excellent. Provided almost a daily update and was sympathetic to the situation. Great people. Their customer service is outstanding and so much better than another Caliber Collision that I had previously dealt with.

I called late Friday afternoon and they had me scheduled quick. They arrived Monday at my home and by noon Monday my window was all fixed and I had my vehicle back. Super quick and hassle free. Id recommend them to a friend.

Tony was the technician performing the repair on my windshield. I was unable to be there for it, but he came when he said he would and when I returned home the repair was completed to my expectation.
