The people at auto glass now Parma were not professional in handling my car glass replacement. They were not thorough in researching the proper glass and materials for my vehicle and delayed my repairs to return at a later date without concession or accommodations for my time lost. They later became offended and insulting when I questioned their competency. Management and the receptionist were not willing to make adjustments for the ordering errors, nor would they escalate the issue to higher Management. They insisted that I pay additional charges for parts they missed in the quote. Most reputable companies would honor their original written quote. The final resolve from them was to reject me as a customer. Ultimately it was a blessing because I found the cost to be $300 cheaper elsewhere. Definitely not a company of character and integrity. I would not recommend their offered services. PS- The local manager and office clerk refused to allow me to talk with upper management. They went on to say that they were upper management and whatever they said was final. Any business would always want to know what customers are experiencing on a floor level and would welcome that feedback. It was really odd to me that the office clerk was able to block my calls to other locations and that the district manager never called me to hear my story as a customer. Very unprofessional and they should be held to a higher standard. Especially the front office clerk. She was exceptionally rude and unprofessional!

I had a pretty decent experience overall however it started with showing up for my appointment to find that the person who made the appointment forgot to order the glass. The gentleman at the station was very sorry and since it had started raining he offered to tape up my window for me which was cool. We made an appointment for the next morning and everything went fantastic. It was a bit disappointing to get a text after the fact offering me a $30 discount if I made an appointment. I would have really appreciated saving $30 but if you weren't going to offer it to begin with it's pretty cruel to offer it after I've already written the check. But the appointment itself went fantastic. I was charged what I was quoted on the phone with no last minute surprise charges. And I was in and out in 45 minutes which was 15 minutes longer than I was told on the phone but still quick enough in my estimation.

My review and thoughts on AGN. Well in one word...Fantastic! Price...Great! $400 cheaper than satellite. Whom I almost went with after watching countless commercials. I came across AGN while driving. Never heard of the company, glad I do now. I was quoted a 3hr completion to replace my windshield. I work 3rd shift, so I wanted to get off, suck up the 3hrs and go home and sleep. They opened at 8am, by 9am I was done. The technician was fast and fantastic work. The manager is or should be the poster man for excellent customer service for all customers driven companies. We talked the entire time of the replacement. He was interesting and informative. I felt that I didn't just leave there as a very satisfied customer, but a friend. I HIGHLY recommend AGN.

Excellent experience with this Euclid location. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Was kept in the loop the entire time via text while my windshield was being replaced, and the replacement was completed earlier than the estimated time. They also handled submitting my insurance claim…didn’t even have to call my insurance company. The entire process, from booking the appointment through completion of the installation was seamless. The job was completed with the highest quality and care. Also had the best prices of my three estimates. Highly recommend!

The manager at the Euclid store was professional, courteous, and hospitable. He showed me the new windshield. He cleared all the sensor errors. Because I arrived early he got me in and out in about an hour and 10 minutes. Because he hustled, he got me in and out before my scheduled time of 10:00am. I'm praying that God will bless his shop and multiply it with new customers, because he works with integrity. If you're looking for car window experts auto glass at the Euclid location is the place to go!

This marks my second windshield installation with AGN, and so far, the experience is mirroring my previous positive one. Arriving for my 8 am appointment, I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the shop, which is always a good sign. To my delight, they offer complimentary coffee, tea, and water, making the wait a little more comfortable and demonstrating a commitment to customer service. So far, everything suggests another smooth and professional experience.

Had to go back WAY too many times for them to correctly fix my windshield. They didn’t even replace the molding until after I complained and then had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t replace the glass there and it looked like it was like 10 years old. So I showers my receipt and proved to them THEY were the ones that put it in a few months prior. Do NOT recommend. It only got one star as the woman Shannon who works behind the counter is AMAZING!!

Defender replaced my windshield last year and did a fantastic job. When an issue arose with the windshield that was under warranty, Defender responded by scheduling an appointment to inspect the glass and graciously repaired the issue even though it was not their error. I want to thank Defender team, the gentlemen who inspected the windshield, and Nikki who provided excellent customer service that truly went beyond the customary standards.

Great experience here! Jacob helped me set up an appointment over the phone, answered all my questions, and was able to quote me a reasonable price! Glen worked the front desk and helped fix up my windshield. He provided a friendly atmosphere that helped make me comfortable, especially since this was my first windshield replacement. Great staff and reasonable prices with a warranty for as long as you own the car! Can't beat that!

I was really impressed with my experience at Auto Glass Now. You don’t get service like this too much anymore. My car got vandalized, rear window smashed out. I got in to an appointment almost the next day. The service was quick, pleasant and professional. What I was quoted and what I paid were the same. It really made an unpleasant event much more manageable. I highly recommend Auto Glass Now.
