I had a very disappointing experience at the Huber Heights location. I went in for a windshield repair that ended up making the crack worse. The technician admitted the machine kept faulting and the result looked bad, but they offered no solution — just told me to come back if I wasn’t happy. When I did, I was quoted $500 for a full replacement and met with a rude, dismissive attitude from the staff, including the manager, who was condescending and unprofessional. I understand repairs aren’t always successful, but the complete lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. Corporate stopped responding as well after I told them the situation and only responded with their “policy” jargon. I wouldn’t recommend this location or company to anyone. Go to Mel’s Auto Glass instead. They’re at least trained in correct glass repairs and customer service.

Skype from Safelight replaced my windshield he was very professional. He showed up in between the scheduled block he went ver the process of how he was going to change it. Verified the the crack was from a rock and not installation failure as I had just had the windshield replace by a different company. Notified my about a water leak on the previous installation. Then he let me go about my business and let me know when he was done. He was spot on when he told me how much time my windshield would take. All together very happy with my service.

My Jeep needed a windshield replacement. After searching Google for this service, I narrowed it down to Safelite and a company I’ll leave unnamed. So I went to reviews. The unnamed company had awful, and recent reviews. I chose Safelite even tho it was a few extra dollars, they warranty their work and had excellent reviews. Skyler was my technician and he did not disappoint. Professional, quick, and the new windshield is perfect. Absolutely no issues. A smooth transaction with warranty. Money well spent.

Took a week to get an appointment. Central Ohio is the home of Safelite so I'm just wondering why it took so long for a tech to get to my home. It used to be 24-hour service I don't know what changed but I'm very disappointed. Outside of that, the technician was lovely, and the install was exceptional and quick. Tip your technicians! Service was great and these guys were very nice. Work was completed in less time than quoted. I had a little sticker picture of myself and my daughter in the upper driver corner of my windshield that I meant to remove as it is very important and sentimental to me. When I went to drive away I realized that I had forgotten and they had moved it to the new glass for me. That was a very special attention to detail for me.....impressed and more than satisfied!

RIP OFF! $40 disposal fee. Try to make you buy new overly expensive wipers. Fee to install them. Wont hurt nothing.Fee for mobile service. Bad work. My repair looked bad told em and it failed few weeks later. They force camera recalibration for cars with advanced safety features. Not needed! Can do at MFG if you want it and Tesla owners can self calibrate for free! You know who does not force any of that MELS AUTO GLASS! Never Go To Safelite.

I was scheduled and then rescheduled a couple of times only to drop my van off after they called to tell me they had the glass in only for them to call me the next morning to tell me the received the wrong glass. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, they informed me that they couldn't fix it because they could not find the glass my van needed anywhere. The only thing they did was waste my time. Thanks for nothing, Safelite!

The service was perfect. What i wanted, I got. What i didn't want, I also got. The next morning at 100 am, it started. Every hour for the next 8 hrs i get another text. Please review, how can we do better, blah blah blah. I work for a living and with my work, we go thru a couple of windshields a year. If this doesn't get corrected I'll buy somewhere else. Btw, it would have been 5 stars if not for this issue.

Never dealt with any buisness that has such wonderful customer service from start to finish including technition like Safelight. I was shocked how easy the entire process was and how knowledgeable the technition was. I highly recommend them the windshield washer blades I purchased as well are so amazing better than anything you could buy at a dealership or store. Highly satisfied through entire process.

The process from start to finish was just AMAZING! So stress free and I LOVE that they came to my home to do the work. My tech Skyler was simply AWESOME! From the initial call to say he was on the way, showing up on time, completing the work efficiently and quickly to explaining next steps. He was extremely friendly and made the overall experience a 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend!!!!
