Gene's Mobile Glass Services estimate.

I could not say enough good things about Gene's Mobile Glass Service. I have offices all across the Midwest and East Coast. This has to be the best service I have ever received from a glass company. Over night our business door was busted. I called Gene's Mobile Glass early in the morning on a Friday and to my surprised that Mandy in the office answered. She told me that she would need to check with the technician to see if they have the glass for the door and she would call me back. Within minutes the office let me know that they had the glass and that the technician would be on his way within the next 30 minutes. Within less than an hour the technician Curt is here to fix the glass in our door. Curt is proving to be a top notch professional. First, I was surprised that someone actually answered the phone before the office was even open. I am impressed. Second, I really appreciate the empathy the office staff gave me. I was stressed that nobody would be able to at least board up the window let alone replace the entire glass on a Friday. She calmed the situation down. Third, I didn't expect top notch customer service so darn quick! WOW! In this day in age where customer service rarely exist, Gene's does it very well. This team should be proud! Forth, I am impressed with the quality of tech that was sent. Curt greeted us when he arrived and got right to work. He was very professional the entire time. Finally, the cost. With the cost of everything going through the roof I appreciate Gene's giving me a fair price for a job that needed to be done so quickly. I hope that I never need this service again but if I do I will be calling Gene's. If you are hesitating on calling Gene's for any reason I would urge you not to hesitate anymore. We set an appointment for 8:30am to repair/replace a door screen. They were running late, but we didn't find that out until 8:49am and their phone number came up as "possible scam". We had to leave and were told they could do work without us home. Arrived back home a few hours later with screen still broken. We had to call their office again only to find out they could not repair our screen without bringing it in their shop. When would we have know that? Was it a secret? Sometimes a phone call means a lot to keep a customer informed. We didn't get that. :( Very disappointing!!

So, I would give this a zero if I could but I will be filing with the BBB.. but you as the reader should be aware. The story is my dad had a front door glass broken out we called around found this place. They gave a estimate and told it was going to be in next week. Today; I called to see where the front door glass is since I give my credit card for a down payment just to get a hold of the owner to find out that they need to measure and the glass has not been ordered and they need to create a pattern.

This place is extremely unreasonable. Not friendly in the slightest. Very poor quality of human beings that work there. Don't even waste your breath. Some people are just miserable human beings and do not have any compassion for anyone

Very nice people and they had my window for my home done same day! (2 hours after dropping it off) definitely recommend. This will be the place we come to for any glass repairs in the future. Thank you!

Great shop , great prices. I live only a few streets away and anytime i need window glass or a window fixed this is always my first choice.

The only shop I could find that makes their own double-pane glass for window repair. Great service at a great price.
