I had an appt at noon. I got there at 11:35. They took me right me in, and got started. I had a chip in my windshield and wanted to get it repaired before winter months came. He explained the process, and 20 minutes later, I was driving off. I was charged below my quoted price and well under what Safelite quoted. If I ever have any further auto glass needs, Auto Glass now has my business. They were courteous, professional and efficient. Give them a call, you won't regret it.ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentGreat price

Service date was changed due to weather. That’s fine. But when confirmed to be there Thursday just to not show up. Dropped you 2 stars. After a 30 min phone call I was able to be promised replacement on Friday Morning. Heard back from tech that he would do it that night bask at the house instead of work. That was fine with me. You got back 1 star. I have used you all I. The past with good results. 1 bad experience doesn’t make it bad. ThanksServicesAuto windshield repair, InstallationPrice assessmentNot sure

I trusted this company to replace my cracked windshield while I was at work. That trust was a mistake. When I got my car back, I immediately noticed: A deep, obvious scratch on the back of my steering wheel — NOT there before. Windshield wipers left completely misaligned, swiping off the side of the car and risking paint damage and reduced wiper life. I’m a professional car detailer. I know every imperfection on my vehicle. This scratch is obvious every time my hand touches the wheel, and it even had dust from the exact tool they use for windshield removal — something I confirmed directly from their staff. When I brought the car back, they adjusted the wipers in one minute, but when I pointed out the scratch, they flat-out denied it, told me I must have caused it with my nails, and basically told me to “kick rocks.” They promised to send me a warranty claim email — it never came. I had to chase them for days just to speak with a manager (Heather) who was dismissive. She implied again they couldn’t have caused the damage. Only after I escalated to her boss’s fill-in was I told they “might” assess liability — but only if I wasted my time bringing the car back again for photos they already took the first time and once again told me they would send me a claim via text AND email. This is unacceptable. If this is how they treat a customer with hard proof, imagine what happens when they think you don’t notice the damage. A business that damages a customer’s property, denies it, and then drags their feet for weeks on a simple fix is not one you can trust. If they make this right, I’ll update this review. Until then, consider this your warning: if you value your car, take it somewhere else.

Great repair….horrible experience. Went in this a.m for initial glass replacement; explained to female running the front office that ODOT stated I just needed the chips repaired. She seemed okay with change. I shortly thereafter heard her telling staff out in bay in her exact words “Its so annoying; we were to install a full windshield.” Now she only wants the chips repaired. How annoying! Ì immediately interjected and said I heard that!!!! She looked startled. I said yes, I heard that!!! She tried to lie. Upon completion, I explained to her….what’s annoying is your comment. What’s annoying is your lack of professionalism. What’s annoying is you trying to spend MY money. She became hysterical. Saying she’s a good person, she didn’t say it, etc. I affirmed - I called you on it when you said it. She kept lying. Then said my service was free. Then she started crying; ranting about her morals, etc. I said to her, please don’t worry about it. I’m done with this conversation. She had her child at the office and because her mother was visibly upset- her child told her mother to calm down. I was the issue. I was 10000% cool and calm during this awful experience. I asked about paperwork. She said - nope it’s free. My guess is - she didn’t want a record of me on file. But she failed to realize everyone has a cellphone. She left me at the checkout counter and was having this conversation in the back office- speaking loudly so I could hear her. Upon leaving, she sarcastically said - have a great day. I in return said- you have a better one and work on that professionalism. The gentleman however was very cordial. AGN do better

The tech mechanic who installed the glass did a fine job and the glass seems well done, but the scheduler/ office staff or whoever set up the jobs was terrible. I chose to use this company because when I made the initial appointment, it was supposed to be done several days before their competitors could do it. They supposedly checked the warehouse to make sure our glass was in stock, said it was, then scheduled for Tuesday. We rearranged our schedules, borrowed another car to leave ours at home for the repair, and awaited the 8-12 Tuesday apointment. They called after 8 on Tuesday and said the glass was not in stock, and now they would do it Friday, 8-12. Grrrr!!! THEN on Friday, we arranged to stay home again 8-12 etc, and they called after 8 and said it would be 3-5! Very annoying and unprofessional!

I highly recommend Auto Glass now! Heather who took my call was beyond helpful and professional and the technician Will that installed my glass was prompt, clean, professional, and knowledgeable. He cleaned everything up when he was done and my windshield is PERFECT! THIS COMPANY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! I have a really nice Infinity and I am very meticulous about keeping it perfect! No joke, I border on OCD with keeping it clean and pride myself with making sure I have no scratches, dents, or dings. I park as far away as I can when shopping. This was my 1st windshield replacement and I was a little nervous about it, but Will and Heather did an OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL JOB! They have all my business and referrals!

Needing a car window replacement, I first called the company with the familiar jingle. After being unable to reach a human being through their phone maze, I decided to give Auto Glass Now a try. When I called Auto Glass Now, a human being answered the phone and all my questions. They tried to get me a same-day replacement, but my window didn't make it onto their delivery truck on time. They apologized profusely and promised to put me first in the queue the next morning. At 8:35 am the following day, I was on my way to work with a brand-new window. The cost was surprisingly low and the customer service refreshingly excellent.

Called Heather at 9:30am. By noon? My windshield was already getting replaced. That’s not just service—that’s domination. Meanwhile, the “other guys” were still stuck on hold, promising callbacks like it’s 2003. Cute. Auto Glass Now doesn’t compete—they obliterate the competition. Fast. Flawless. Fair. Heather runs that shop like a queen with a torch in one hand and your busted glass in the other. Respect. You can waste a week getting ghosted by amateurs, or you can roll out fixed up, fired up, and feeling like royalty. I made the smart call. Mic dropped. Glass fixed. End of story.

I had a morning appointment. I received a message saying that a technician would be there between 11-12. No one showed up until after 6pm. I called at 3:34pm and was told they couldn't get ahold of the shop and that a Manger would call me. A manager never made contact with me. I received a call at 5:23 asking if I would be home. My wife took the day off and sat around all day waiting. They took can of my broken glass. They did not have good customer service help. They were unable to provide me with correct information. Pay the extra 100 bucks and go with satellite.

I called to get a quote to replace my broken windshield. They were the least expensive of the three places I called and also recommended I call my insurance about my deductible. I called my insurance and got the claim started right away, got my car in the next morning and had my car back on the road 1 hour and 15 minutes after I got it in the shop! It had to be replaced and calibrated because my car has all the ‘bells and whistles’. I haven’t had any problems with it and the employees were friendly and explained everything I needed to know.
