No stars, I have recommended them to many of my friends but now I am totally disappointed, and I owe them an apology if they went through the same thing as me. We have used this service for the last couple of years for our semi trucks and cars. The price was acceptable and as it was agreed from the beginning. The last two times the price on final bill was higher than agreed. This time we were ready for it, and we wanted to be sure that the price would not change. Kaydi ( I apologize if the name is not spelled correctly). She confirmed to us a couple of times, the price of $287 for a SEMI truck and $222 for my F-250, Including tax. When the guy showed up, the price for the truck was $374. Manager Jenna told us that the price changed because the vendor that supplies them did not have a windshield, so they ordered it from another vendor where it is more expensive. And he convinces me that they called me and informed me about it. Which is not true. My wife calls them again to confirm the reason why the price was changed, before we post this review. She talks to Lisa, who again returns the price to $287 and explains that there was a mistake, and if we want the technician to come back. Since we had canceled everything. My wife calls me to confirm if I want them back, and then calls them again. Lisa tells my wife that she was just about to call back, to tell us that the manager Jena does not allow the agreed price, that the price is $374. And the only thing she can do is apologize to us for that. I "understand the reason" that the price is higher, but should we have been informed about it on time. Could they have asked us if we accept a different price? We didn't send the truck on the road because of that. If the price change happens for the first time, we would agree to fix it and pay the amount they are asking for. But if it is the third time, then doubt arises. My advice : ask the technician before starting the job. How much will it cost. they easily change the price without prior notice. Went to this business yesterday to replace a side passenger window appointment was at 2pm done by 3pm looks great I said that was quick service less than 24 hours have to at work at 6am vehicle parked in gated community get in at 5:15am this morning to leave same window shattered I had to take a Lyft to work called them at 8:04 am today gives me the song and dance about unfortunately our warranty doesn’t cover that. I suggested maybe the glass had a defect or something in it never moved once I got home. Less than 10 mins away Oh no I’m going to call the manager down at the store the receptionist says we can’t do anything about that but we can give you a DISCOUNT OFF on another window now why in the world would I give you more money when I was disappointment less than 24 hours prior to that, I just want you all to know never received a call back yet it’s now 12:35 pm I guess my money was good enough to take but wasn’t good enough to respond to an unsatisfied customer stay away from this business. Unable to preform scheduled service. Was told my appointment was only tentative and I needed to call to confirm. Was quoted 300+ for my windshield here and was able to find the service for less when my appointment fell through here. Location does not appear safe as evidenced by barring on the shops windows. Patrons are able to wait in a closet size space with no air conditioning while employees are on the other side of a glass window clearly not melting from the heat. I cannot speak to the service because it was not preformed, but I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to this location perhaps there mobile service is where the 5 star reviews come from.

THANK YOU GUYS FOR SAVING ME! this am on 90w i had a rock that shattered my sunroof spraying glass everywhere. Every bump in the road was more glass in my hair and in the car. I called at least a dozen places and NO ONE would either work on it much less tell me where to get it fixed until i called Kamms Auto Body and they referred me to Signature Signature fit me in same day with incredibly fast and amazing service, their price for the part and install was half of what the insurance company would charge me for a deductible and in an hour, im back on the roads! Very very clean facilities and great staff. You guys are an AMAZING life saver!

Excellent. Car window was smashed and stolen from. I called first thing the morning after and was gotten in within the hour . It took them less time for the entire process including sweeping out the broken glass from the car than it takes for most simple car services(oil change, etc), was less than an hour. The cost definitely is reasonable. The customer service was what I expect from other businesses but the others don't deliver like Signature Auto Glass. It was my only call for a quote and likely will be the only one for you as well!

The people that I have come in contact with over the phone and in person have all been great. I've had to replace two windows recently, owning a Kia, everyone is trying to steal it. For each window, it took around an hour, and they vacuumed my car out pretty well. Their prices are lower than some, but the work has been great so far. Just be aware of the parking. There is little to none if busy. It's better to call ahead, so they'll be expecting you. The waiting room is comfy, and wifi is available if you ask.

Brian and Scott were awesome. They gave me all the information I needed which made the transaction very smooth. I waited about a week to see if I would have any issues with the new windshield. I have not had a leak. There were no marks or scratches on the car or windshield once the windshield was replace. I would recommend them to anyone. Amazing service and better prices than safelite, even when they were having trouble with their glass supplier for my weird rear window they made sure to clean out some of the broken glass and crash wrap my car so I could get to work and not worry about snow getting into my car. Was very impressed with the friendly service and they did an excellent job with my window would recommend 100%

Signature Auto Glass was great. My wife called in the morning and by the time I dropped off my Jeep, they had the new glass on the way to the shop. They were fast, friendly, and fairly priced. Signature Auto Glass beat out all of the surrounding competitors and were the only ones able to get the job done that day. They had the glass replaced in less than an hour! Great job guys!

My car got broken into and my window was smashed. They offered me the lowest price for my side window compared to anybody else in the area, service was excellent, staff is very very very friendly and nice.
