This place is awesome! I had a brand new windshield in about 2 hours. I had to wait there but the employees are very nice and professional and they had a waiting room that was air conditioned with a TV and free water and coffee. They even had a set up in the shade for a smoker. That I appreciated very much! I overheard a worker on the phone talking to the customer, who didn't sound very nice at all. Guys! The receptionist handled it beautifully and professionally. Give these employees a break people! It's fricken hot outside and they are working in this heat to help us! Effortless process. From the phone call, to the set up of the appointment, to the insurance claim, Safelite made the whole process simple. Claim was filed, and appointment set through their online portal. Verified my policy and calculated my deductible. Paid the deductible on job completion. Took the Telluride in early and had it for just over an hour. Full windscreen replacement and full calibration for sensors done. Faultless job. Flawless service. Quality of the job was fantastic. I can hardly tell the chip in my glass was even there. Disappointed with the technician who almost left without servicing my windshield. She sent me a text without calling me to let me know she had arrived. Texted me that she was going to leave if I didn't respond. after finishing her work she left without talking to me face to face. My car was parked on a public street, and she left it there unsupervised with the keys clearly displayed. I only knew she had completed her work because I received an email that she was finished.

The Eastgate facility is in the middle of some major re construction but Robin gave me precise directions on how to find them. Marc the manager greeted me with some bad news that they had not got the correct windshield. He personally ordered the replacement for express delivery and replaced my wipers at no charge. The technician did a great job and re routed the wiring to my camera to hide the wires very professional. The team went out of the way to turn a negative into a positive. One last plus is that the coffees great.

I had such a great experience with Safelite. Progressive referred me, and I cannot say enough positive things about the technician (Carlos, I believe). He was simply amazing—professional, punctual, efficient, friendly, and he went out of his way to assure me he could get the job done. He also was communicative in that he called me with his ETA. Such a nice guy! And he did a wonderful job! I’m so impressed by him and Safelite that I will never use any other windshield glass company should the need arise. Ten stars!!!!

I went the Eastgate, OH location after a mishap with some ice off a semi. I had to do work remotely due to my appointment, but Robin offered to let me use their classroom if I needed to make some calls or attend a Zoom meeting. The place was very busy but it was a very well run shop. The technicians were all friendly and knowledgeable. They even completed the job in half the projected time. I'm very pleased with their work and while I hope to not need this service again, I'll go back to this location.

Extremely satisfying experience. Professional and personal employees. Pleasant to converse with. I didn’t have to lift a finger while he replaced our back glass. He asks educated me on what he was doing with my car as he worked. This gave me reassurance and confidence in his abilities. Carlos is who I would recommend to anyone. We have a 24 grand Highlander which is not an easy replacement of the rear glass. Thank you.

Couldn’t be happier with Safelite. I scheduled over the phone with ease and paid out-of-pocket (the prices were very fair). Had great communication with the technician (Stephen) and the quality of work was superb. I wish I knew that Safelite repaired window motors/actuators because I would have preferred them to repair that than the dealership. Overall I don’t have any complaints and highly recommend.
