What started as a single windshield impact crack turned into multiple horizontal cracks. I called a number of places, and was impressed with the owner's (Joe) industry knowledge (about materials and glass manufacturers) and expressed attention to detail. It was going to take a few days to get the windshield in, so we set up a tentative date. When Tyler came out to install it, he was friendly, knowledgeable, neat, and attentive to detail. My new windshield has a lifetime warranty against non-impact damage, and Tyler made it clear that I should call if there were *any* issues. I'm VERY impressed and happy to recommend J. I would recommend Royce Auto Glass to anyone! I had a crack in my windshield called my insurance company and had a recommendation for Royce Auto Glass. I called and Joe the owner set up a joke appointment within days. I work from home and he was able to come out to my house. He was able to recalibrate my windshield on sight as well, which many others won’t do without taking it to the shop! I also had some other work that needed done on my 2021 Honda Pilot. Joe went above and beyond was able to get parts and came back out on his time and made the repairs! The windshield is flawless and will only be using Royce Auto Glass in the future. I’d recommend J. Royce to anybody that asked. My particular experience: I called after a long holiday weekend and they provided me with the cheapest quote out of 4 I had called around town for. They had the availability to schedule me in the next day. The day of service, I received a call with a 90 minute window of arrival, which he arrived in the middle of. In less than 30 minutes, my window was fully replaced and I had my keys back and ready to drive. Great service over the phone and in person. Better yet, the price quoted over the phone was exactly the price I paid. Nothing was hidden in “taxes and fees”

INCREDIBLE service. They were referred to me by some people in a neighborhood group and I was happy to support a local business. The owner got back to my online request within minutes, and was able to schedule me for the next day. Tyler showed up on time and was so friendly and helpful. He had my window replaced within 30 minutes and was kind enough to give me some referrals for a place to get the tint put on and get new key fobs. Fantastic service! Super convenient to get a hold of them. Blake called to let me know when he would be at my home and called when he was only a couple of minutes away. Unfortunately, the windshield he installed cracked, which is a "rare occurrence." He wasn't sure if he could get one today, which would have pushed us a week out, during the holiday travels. He found a windshield and had it replaced within a couple of hours from the first install. They were also very reasonably priced at $300 for a front windshield. Thank you, Blake! These guys are incredible. I've used them twice now. Our Navigator passenger side window starting making strange noises and then stopped working. Blake was prompt and detailed over the phone, and they had it replaced for a great price in a matter of days. They come directly to your home. It's so convenient. Most recently, I woke up to a shattered window from someone trying to break into my truck. I literally texted Blake at 9am and he had a tech at my home replacing the window by 11am. Unbelievably impressed. Use these guys - you will not be disappointed.

Blake and his team provided an excellent and competitively priced service. The night before I scheduled for them to replace my cracked windshield, a local degenerate broke into several cars in my lot. I called the next morning before their arrival and they were able to quickly and cleanly replace both my windshield and driver-side window. I felt confident in their work and will recommend them to my friends and coworkers. At no point did I feel they provided anything less that an ideal service.

What else could you ask for? Shout out to J. Royce auto glass. I have a 2002 Lincoln LS, airbag deployed and hit the windshield so it was totally destroyed and I needed it replaced, called a couple of places, J. Royces auto glass had the best prices so I went with them. They were able to get to me very quickly and I have had zero issues with my windshield since they installed the new one. Thanks J.
