My entire experience with Clearshield Auto Glass was nothing short of perfect. A rock hit my 2025 Telluride windshield on I-75 causing a large crack. I was having trouble getting Safelite to come out quickly. The soonest was a week out and they said I had to come to them in Fairfield to drop off. Not ideal. Called Clearshield because of their 5-star Google review and they were fantastic!! Ben took my call and very kindly took the time to walk me through the insurance claim process, even getting my insurance company on the phone so everything was straight. He was professional, knowledgeable and took time to make sure things were right. He was able to order my replacement windshield and schedule me for service THE NEXT DAY AT MY HOUSE! So thankful for that! The next day, Casey, the installer, called letting me know he'd be over as soon as the windshield was delivered. Then he called again when he was on his way. Got to my house at 1:48 and had the installation and calibration done by 2:38. He was very polite, professional and efficient. Everything was neat and tidy. He explained everything, I paid and he was on his way. I can't say enough about the great experience I had and how easy Ben and Casey made my windshield replacement. I would highly recommend Clearshield!

**Updating because I used them again with outstanding results! 3 hours from phone call to completed install! Great service! The entire process of getting my windshield replaced today was a breeze! The gentleman in the office (Trevor, I think) handled my claim with insurance quickly and accurately over the phone a couple days ago. They put me on the schedule for today and briefly explained when the technician would contact me. The technician, Joe, called me precisely when the office said he would (early am) and scheduled a 2 hr window. Joe then called me again 15 min before that window and said he was nearby and ready to be at my location. Joe performed the repair quickly and accurately then called me again to inform me the repair was complete and please look it over. Highly recommend Joe and ClearShield Auto Glass for your glass replacement needs! I can see why my insurance agent recommended them!

I had an excellent experience with ClearShield Auto Glass and Detail! The online system was super quick and easy to use. I was able to upload a picture of the crack in my windshield, and within no time, I had a quote sent to my email, along with a link to quickly schedule my appointment. My original appointment was set for Saturday morning, but due to a scheduling conflict, they not only got me in earlier, they even came to me to fix the windshield! Joe called the morning of to confirm, and he did an amazing job on the repair – it turned out better than I could have imagined. Highly recommend for their professionalism, convenience, and excellent service!

I called ClearShield about a week ago regarding a growing crack in my windshield. They were very knowledgeable, informative, professional and polite. I filed my claim through insurance late last night, and once ClearShield received my information from my insurance provider when they opened this morning, they promptly called me first thing and got me on today’s schedule. The technician was very helpful, came to my home and kept me in the loop with all that was going on. Now, same day, I have a new windshield and feel safe driving again! I am beyond impressed with ClearShield! 10 out of 10! Highly Recommend!

Never had to have auto glass repair done so was a bit nervous about it but these folks were not only incredibly professional and punctual, they really went out of their way to deliver incredible service! Thought we would have to reschedule our appointment due to weather but they reached out, had someone pick up my vehicle to service at their shop and brought it back in literally just a few hours! I am for sure going to recommend them any and every time someone is asking about auto glass repair!! Thanks y'all!!

While I didn't get work done by them, the business is honest, and I will certainly come to them in the future. I purchased a new truck and came in to have a crack repaired. A man walked outside to look at my truck and then came back inside to explain to me that the window had already been repaired. He showed me how he was able to spot the repair work and explained the process to me. This company watches out for potential customers, and I really appreciate that.

Super awesome experience at ClearShield. I called Monday, got a quote that same day, they handled my claim through insurance for me, and I was able to get a brand new windshield within less than 24 hours. Incredible service start to finish. The guys were super on top of their communication with me, Not only working with my schedule, but communicating with me when they would be out to do the job. Could not recommend them enough.

Elijah was my installer and was extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and courteous! I have a 2019 VW GTI for reference. Price was significantly better the well known leading competitor. I had a crack in the front window of my 2015 Outback. I reported it to my insurance agent and she arranged the windshield replacement. ClearShield called the next morning to schedule an at-home appointment for replacement that same day. The installation only took a little over an hour. The technician was fantastic and did a great and careful job. So far, I can highly recommend this company.

Very happy with my windshield replacement on my 2025 Chevy trax. The weather was not so good when I had my appointment but they kept in contact with me through out the day and came and installed my new windshield as soon as the weather cleared and all in the same day still. Great service in my opinion. It was fast simple and very affordable compared to other companies! Thank you guys so much!
