For tint, I wouldn’t recommend. Scheduled appointment days ahead. Dropped off car at time of appointment and was told they would start work shortly. I called 4 hours later, after no update, and car wasn’t even touched yet for a 30-60 minute tint match. Poor communication and service. Doesn’t sound like tint is their expertise. As stated, no clear communication of any expectation of time to take to tint. Issues with other installs is understandable but lack of communication is not. No one drops off their car with the expectation that it will 9 hours for 2 windows to be tinted.

My experience with ClearShield was amazing. I had a big crack in my windshield that needed to be replaced. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and the team was so quick to respond. My wife went into labor unexpectedly the day before my scheduled appointment. Ben was so kind and helpful on the phone. He was able to move up my appt time, and then Griffin was nice enough to come out to my house to replace it instead of making me bring my car in. It was exceptional service. These guys really go above and beyond. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Had 3 windows busted from an attempted burglary on our street in Hyde Park. Called Clearshield and they were able to replace all three windows same day before the rain came. My neighbor who also had his window broken was also able to get in and processed same day as well! Super efficient and easy to work with and my neighbor said much better than the bigger operations he has delt with in the past. Thanks Ben and Trevor for the help!

Great experience! A tree branch shattered my windshield while I was away from home in Cincinnati and they were super respectful, easy to talk to, and efficient. I called around 2 pm with my insurance information and they had someone come to my car to fix it by 3 pm. My car was broken into and two windows were busted out. I called ClearShield around 9AM and they had me in the same day by 11:30AM to have both windows replaced. I spoke with Ben and he was super helpful! Gave me a quote over the phone, answered my many questions and even helped me with my insurance claim. Couldn’t have asked for better service during this stressful situation.

Incredibly fast and great service! I talked on the phone on Sunday about replacing my windshield and the technician came on Monday morning. Unfortunately the wrong windshield was ordered but he was able to get the right one from the warehouse and even charged me the same price even though it should be more expensive. It also has a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend!

This place is the pinnacle of great customer service! Joe was so helpful and efficient and we got the windshield replaced the same day I called. They went to the monstrous parking lot at GE Aviation, found my son's car and put in a new windshield on the spot. Plus they gave us a great price with a Groupon discount. They go above and beyond. All the people at ClearShield Auto Glass were prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. They repaired 2 nicks in my windshield in about 20 minutes for a reasonable price.
