Auto Glass Now

Went to get my window fixed they informed they do try and clean the glass when I left I had noticed that my trunk was jammed shut until a few days later when I tried to get in it to place groceries in there it’s jammed due to the glass that wasn’t cleaned out. I called spoke to the manager Devin he told me to bring it up and they would get it fixed for me I came the receptionist couldn’t find the notes the manager claimed he left due to him not being there the following day . She couldn’t find the notes and took awhile to find my past visit. No one looked at my car in over 45 minutes told the receptionist I’ll come back when the manager comes went to recover my keys from the workers in the back rob was rude and being sarcastic and smart because I asked for my keys not once not twice but three times then I said I would be back when the manager was back he stated good luck with that he’s on vacation. Moral of the story my trunk is still jammed due to the glass not being cleaned out they where the last ones to close my trunk . Charge me that much for a window just to mess something else up is insane wouldn’t recommend.

Windshield replacement via insurance glass coverage. First appointment: “we had someone call out and we don’t have staff to replace your windshield.” (This after I’d driven 20 minutes to get there.) Second appointment - yes like an idiot I have them a second chance - “we ordered the wrong windshield.” And, then when the manager called to tell me this they said they couldn’t replace then windshield the previous week because they didn’t have the glass, which is not what I was told. I don’t know who lied to me and I don’t care. I called my insurance, moved the work to another shop, and recommended they take this place off their list of vendors for glass replacement. They wasted several hours of my time between calling, driving, finding a new shop, etc. never again. Oh, and I still have a giant crack in my windshield.

First off let me say that I have used this company many times over the years. They have repaired at least 3 of my vehicles over a 10/20 year period, an have never disappointed. But this time your guys really dropped the ball on this one. I will say they repaired my glass in record time, afterwards I noticed that they did not clean out any of the glass shards that were everywhere, I had to go and vacuum my vehicle out to keep from cutting myself or my wife. Also they did not replace my oil change sticker from my old windshield to my new one, so I had to go and get it replaced. Overall I'm just very disappointed in the quality of the service an how its gone down over the years ( inside the office & in the work area). If you use them check behind them before you leave the property.

Their staff and service were impeccable. I was cutting my parents lawn due to the fact that they are getting too old to do so, and as I was weed whipping I kicked a rock up into the back windshield of my 2023 Buick Encore GX. I called Auto Glass Now in hopes of it getting repaired that day, unfortunately they were booked. The next day I was scheduled for their mobile repair. However, due to inclement weather I was asked to bring the car to their shop, with the promise of it still being finished that day. I would strongly recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone in need of a speedy, efficient, and effective job well done. Thanks guys! Alex E

If I could give no star I would. I called them to replace my windshield. I did it online and confirmed everything over the phone and the day comes to get it done and I call because the tech never called me and talked to the person and was told they don’t offer mobile service unless it was with insurance so 1 did not say any of that online when setting up the appointment and 2 when I called to confirm everything was miss lead again either don’t miss lead people or do better at training your employees and make sure everyone is on the same page so that people are not missed lead and trying to fix there mess up very disappointing

Called a number of places after a stone cracked our daughter’s windshield. The call to their office was very disarming, honest, and professional- plus offered home service. Sam was at our house right away Thursday morning. I intended to get the car into position and get back to a project I was working on but ended up talking with him while he was installing the new glass. Very professional, thorough and pleasant. I came here on a whim to ask for help with a cosmetic problems with my windshield and they were very kind and quick to help. I interacted with 4-5 of the employees and they were all helpful and easy to talk to. I had three kids in tow so they fixed my problem in the parking lot while I waited so we could stay in the car. The damage to my van was simply and cosmetic, so they didn’t even charge me for labor - only parts. I’m so glad I found them and I would definitely return with any future problems.

Very happy with my experience, they were able to replace my car door window in less than 12 hours of when it was broken (it was broken about 3 am). The staff was professional and made my car look like my car was never broken into. Well except they couldn’t replace items stolen 😜. I waited less than an hour for them to replace the window while I waited. This was exceptional because it was a rainy day. They made it look like it never happened

I called on Wednesday inquiring about a windshield replacement. Crack was about a foot and a half across. Got in Friday morning; in and out in about an hour. They beat the major competition price (sorry Safelite). Professional and courteous team. Definitely worth a try if you need glass replaced. They also can come out to you. Great job! Awesome customer service. Devin was extremely helpful and very professional. He was very informative about the requirements and glass repair process. We are happy with the work completed. The VW glass was ordered and installed as promised on time and the staff did a great job keeping the vehicle clean of dust and debris. We appreciated the workmanship and professionalism.
