Someone broke into my car a few days ago by smashing my driver’s side car window which I obviously needed to replace. I called and asked around and heard that some of my friends had paid like $500 bucks or so to replace a window. I called my dealer and they gave me a quote of $600. It is definitely worth shopping around as I heard about these guys from a mechanic who recommended them to me. They did everything for $225 total, that’s parts and labor, and they also vacuumed up the broken glass I had missed. They got me fixed up and out in under an hour and window looks and is working great. I literally told them at the end how much cheaper they were than all the other quotes I got and they were like yeah we still make money we just try to not screw people over. I really appreciate you all being fair and decent and honest, and I hope that are rewarded with the steady stream of business that you deserve. I will for sure be back if I ever have another issue with a car window, and I’ll recommend the same to my friends and family. Thank you again!

I would highly recommend this company. I had them replace the windshield on my vehicle is 2016. Flash forward to today. I started having water leak into the interior of said vehicle. I wasn't sure where it was coming from. I assumed the windshield so I called. They asked me to bring the vehicle to their shop to diagnose. They performed a water test and were able to determine that the water was leaking due to the sunroof drain. Not their problem at all.... but they took the time to repair and resolve the issue for me. And, at no charge. You don't come across companies with people that care to help like this. Loved American Auto Glass! The gentleman that worked the phone & front desk was very pleasant! I was in & out in about 30 min! The quote that I was given over the phone was actually the "out the door" price: no sales tax, or labor cost; no disposal charges, & other fun hidden fees!!! As a woman, I didn't fear for my life or virtue (😂) in anyway...always a plus!!!! The sitting area had the essentials...chairs, but again, I wasn't there to be pampered, I was there to get my windshield replaced; I didn't fear for my safety, my health, or a 4 to 100 legged critter/pest appearing because it was it's daily routine!! Oh, & their work was perfect!!! I would recommend them to anyone...especially a woman!!! Great job gentlemen!!!

Upon arrival to work, I discovered two of my fleet vehicles had been broken into overnight. I was in urgent need to have both van side windows replaced and to get my employees back to work. I was very impressed with the service here (Queen City location). The guys were friendly, organized, and very quick. They were able to get me in within the hour, and the service itself took less than 20min. I was having a broken window replaced-- there was still glass all over my car; they went the extra mile and vacuumed it all up for me, free of charge, and I didn't even have to request that of them. They are also very trustworthy; I had a couple valuables on the front seat that were still there when I returned, and they charge a reasonable rate for the service they provide. Very pleased; I definitely recommend them.

Was passing through on my way up north for Xmas when my window was smashed in by vandals in a parking garage downtown. I called and they had confirmed they had the glass on hand within minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later and they got me right in, 35 minutes after I was out the door. They vacuumed all the broken glass and had me on my way quickly. Highly recommend. I had a vandalization occur to my car over the weekend. I called all around greater Cincinnati for quotes and American Auto Glass was the quickest, cheapest, and closest in distance to me. Troy pulled up to my house and replaced my Front Windshield within the hour. I was charged $265 flat. The lowest quote I got from anywhere else in the city was $286.75, including tax. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. Quick, quality service went above and beyond my expectations. I went too another shop last year and had too go back within 48hours too get the rest of the glass out the door. These guys do it right the first time.
