We were visiting Cleveland when our quarter panel passenger window was smashed in a crime. We were worried about securing our belongings over the next few days before driving home. The usual big companies weren't available ASAP, but I found Terry through reviews, messaged the office with photos after hours and got a text immediately with a quote and repair appointment for the next morning. The price was competitive and he came to the rental house we were staying at. Unfortunately, the glass supplier gave Terry the wrong part, but he drove all the way back to fetch the correct one (a waste of his time and fuel) and still finished the job as promised. We really appreciated his commitment, pride in his work and how he gave us peace of mind for a safe return home. Highly recommend supporting this local business!

I was driving through Cleveland on my way to New Jersey in the middle of the night. I decided to get some rest since Cleveland is the half way point for my trip. I didn't want to chance getting to NJ and not find an installer on Saturday and not have the work van ready to turn over for the other technician. So I sent out a message to T&M Autoglass at 8am in the morning and Terry responded immediately and told me he could be at my hotel within an hour and a half. Terry was very courteous, professional and his pricing was lower than anyone of the shops around and he was able to accommodate me the same day since I have a tight schedule to meet departing for NJ. The craftsmanship is top notch. The world needs more Terry's. Thank you for getting me done and on my way.

Rear view mirror fell off and I couldn't find anyone, including the Toyota dealership, to reattach it. I bought a kit and tried to glue it back myself and it immediately fell off. Frustrated, I zip tied it to my visor (it was still connected with wiring for the map lights) and have driven around like that for weeks. Not only embarrassing but also unsafe relying on side mirrors only. Wife reached out to three different auto glass businesses and Terry from T&M Auto Glass quickly responded with an answer of yes they could help us out. Terry came to our home within an hour and attached the mirror in minutes. Super nice, great response time, and we couldn't be happier. We will call them in the future for all our auto glass needs.

My Ford Edge somehow developed a two foot crack overnight I don't know how this stuff happens. Googled window replacement near me. Contacted Safelite Auto Glass and T& M for estimates. Actually met Terry on Tuesday and received quote in person. Said he would be able to repair it on Wednesday. Came to MY HOME Wednesday morning and in less than an hour and a half, new windshield installed. Who makes house calls anymore and did a terrific job. Oh, did I mention his quote was less than HALF what the Safelite quote was? Very personable, but busy, had four more jobs to do that day. Highly Recommended

Terry went above and beyond to get my passenger window fixed same day. Due to the recent rise of Kia break ins, many glass parts are unavailable same day. Terry gave me a list of junkyards in the area to find what I needed and I paid way less than I have previously. He was punctual and extremely helpful. He even recommended a local mechanic to help with my car needs. Will recommend to others and will use him in the future if need be. Great service, thanks Terry!

I can't ask for a better service. I called around 10 am. Terry said he could be here in about an hour. I asked him to make it after 12. He was here in my garage at 12:15 pm. The job was done perfectly around 1 pm. Price is so reasonable, and $150 is cheaper than other companies who were fully booked for 10 days. Plus, there is no extra charge to come to your place. While other companies charge you $50 extra for this service. I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely amazing and a life saver!! Every place I called had a few days of waiting and pricing was $450+- called Terry and he said we lucked out because he wasn’t horribly busy this day. Within an hour of the phone call he was fixing the windshield and at a fraction of the cost of the place that does all the commercials (you know who). Support small business!!!!!

I hired this company to come out in March 2024 to fix a chip. The technician came out in a timely manner, he fixed it, I was pleased. Unfortunately whatever material he used did not hold up for even 4 months. The chip has grown. I called the company to just ask questions because I don't know anything about this type of stuff and it's been 2 days with no response.

My car window got smashed w about 15 other cars and we called everywhere. No one was available till next week some didn’t even have the window in stock. Finally found T&M and I thought he would tow my car back to get it fixed but he just came in w a van and fixed my car on the spot for less money than all other places I asked. Absolute savior!

T & M Autoglass is a small local business which I love to support. Terry was the cheapest, quickest, on time, polite, and replaced my rear car window with his eyes closed! Thank you Terry for the ease of finding an honest hard worker! I would definitely call on him again, (hopefully I don't ever need too ;0)
